Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking)

"life is all about people & places" we booked three rooms for our stay here. Staff: this property has decent staff, they co-operated well with us. We reached early morning at 9:00 am and hitesh arranged early check-in for us. On request hitesh arranged three scooty for us at the Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) itself which we continued for 3 days. He also arranged a car for our drop to kathgodam. Scooty & car was chargeable but we did not required to be worried for this. I appreciate him for the arrangements he made. Room service guy named as raj from bahraich was also a nice and decent guy and he always helped us to get baby food ready for my kid. Rooms : this Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) has great mountain view rooms from which you can have beautiful view of mountains and clouds from your window/ balcony depends on your room type. You just need to open the curtain or door. Amenities: Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) has its own private parking space where i believe 6-8 cars can be parked easily. It has good waiting area & restaurant. There is centralized system for hot water, so its available during define time like till 10 am however staff cooperated with us to extend time limits for it as there were kids with us. Hot water kettle was provided in room along with tv(which we never usually turn on) rooms has two seater sofa or chairs. Bed & mattress were comfortable. Heater is available on demand with a charge on rs. 400(not used) hygeine: bathroom were clean and tidy. However somehow on day 1 staffs missed cleaning our two rooms i think this happened because of mistake. Rooms once cleaned were nice. Food: we took breakfast for one day only here. Aaloo parantha and bread omlette was ok ok. Not too bad not too good. Not sure about taste of lunch or dinner. Safety: it is a gated property so safe for family and friends. So i will say it was a great stay location: near to bra patthar and around 3 kms from nainitaal. Cons: 1. Little far from nainital so u have to arrange pick up and drop of scooty or pay extra for it as most of the scooty bike rentals are in nainital or near by. 2. No amenities like swimming pool, play room etc in Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking). 3. Reception staff needs to be little more decent as there is fine line difference here in decency and not decent.

Hotel provides a great view and is not that far from the main city. We booked 3 rooms for our stay in the Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking). Though we reached the Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) late in the evening, hitesh made the check-in quite easy and convenient for us. Safety: we were 7 girls in the group and felt very much safe during our stay. Cleanliness and amenities: rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, we only faced problem with hot water maybe because it has a centralised system, however it was just only in one room that we faced the issue. On our request, hitesh even arranged a car for our tour and managed everything quite well. I would like to extend a special thanks to the staff and hitesh for making our stay as comfortable as it could be.

During my recent stay at rio grand, i was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the entire staff. From the moment i arrived with my family, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and efficient check-in process, setting a positive tone for my visit. The hospitality extended by the rest of the team was equally commendable; they were consistently attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor made my stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. Our stay was good in the Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking). Hotel staff is very co operative specially Mr. Nalin who is manager of this Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) always ready for help and takes initiative himself to resolve the concern. We have tried buffet breakfast which was also good, room service people were also good. Hotel is having complementary pick and drop facility from Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) to mall road during specific time. Toilet was smelly which is a scope of improvement. Only cons is that Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) is a bit far from mall hoad else everything is OK. I would surely recommend this Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking).

Good Hotel, they entertained our request for adjoining rooms happily which was a big deal for us. Rooms on the ground floor were decent. Decent for a couple with a kid. It had a geyser, nice bed, pillows and lamp. The staff was receptive to all our requests. Its far from mall Road but we had a car so managed it, its 3 km from the mall Road. We got rooms from which we could See the Hills and all the eye pleasing greenery. Food is expensive and just OK. Certainly not worthy of the prices. Overall a good experience at the given price point. Don't book it for the purpose of enjoying a property but for economical stay only.

The property has a nice location unlike most of the Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking)s in nainital, u need not have to walk more to reach your Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) after leaving the cab, has beautiful mountain views and peaceful vibes. If u want a vacation providing peace and solitude then go for this Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking). The staff was very understanding and helpful, food was good and rooms were quite spacious and very clean. Will surely consider to stay here in my next stay too. We have stayed in this Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) for the second time. Our first stay was in off season with less rush. So the services were far good and stay was excellent. But this time we went in june. So there was much rush and services were just fine. Though some flaws were there but still we got a comfortable stay with essentials. The meals provided were excellent and would still like to stay in same Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking) for our next visit too

We were stay here 3 nights with our whole family and feel just like home. Food is also like homemade. Staff and all things was good. Hot water we got regularly, seen lots of review regarding hot water problem but management was ensure us that now they have improve his services and actually we feet it. Thanks a lot to whole rio team.
Lobby and building having big area, so social distancing is normal and location is also nice and pieaceful.

Location is good but rooms are not good, i feel weir-ed smells in room and also tv, plug socket wasn't working.

Stay in nov with family and enjoy a lots because of very cool operative staff, tasty food, neat and clean room with washroom, location is wonderful with panoramic view from room. Room teak wooden work was giving very rich feel also wooden stairs and back aide garden giving a heritage experience.
