We were driving from varanasi and were looking for a place for overnight stay. Rishi regency provided good option, located on outskirts in rather isolated area. Wish mm t site has a way to check if property is under renovation, which was the case here. Staff was helpful, the room allocated to us had some issues and i had to ask for a change. They upgraded to a suit which was good. Food was good, they arranged special dishes for us,

Checked out within 30 minutes of checkin. Rooms in poor condition. They changed room once and upgraded to suite but same situation. Poor hygiene, insects and lizard's, paint coming off walls, torn curtains, no light in passages.
