Hotel River Park

I was a female solo traveler, the stay was quite good, all the needed facilities were there, even if you needed something the staff was ready for quick help with politeness. The only thing is that the Hotel River Park doesn't have an elevator, we need to climb stairs but if you have loads of lagage then i believe the staff will be there to help.

We had an absolutely amazing time a tRegenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala, The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Good staff was polite and humble .clean rooms. may visit again if required to travel. only thing is food needs to visit nearby Hotel River Parks .

Night shift manager service is very good, i asked him hot water for my baby, he arranged it, i like his service

It was an amazing place to stay at Hotel River Park river park nice room setup, the washroom was also clean and neat.

Checkin was smooth. Room is clean and overall in good condition. This is by far best room in this price point. Services are also good.
