Property location is excellent , facilities and staff are good have not tried the food

Property is good but need to improve staff behaviour towards customer. Clean rooms and very much air. Food is overpriced but should have offer breakfast in 4K catagory.

The hotel was very good with pleasant river side stay and the river is accessible directly from hotel

Place is beside main road, Good environment with natural river stream, Rooms are neat and clean, Wifi speed is good, TV is available. Even though they had swimming pool, we missed it to enjoy becoz there is a natural water flow kind offf "balmuri falls" u will surely enjoy it. They had kitchen facility as well, but we had some other plans " pujari fish land - u can enjoy a good fresh fish fry" Finally the staff, they are good and polite

Booked this stay for 1 night and the experience was very bad, the room (deluxe ac) provided was stuffy. To add on the sheets and blanket were so dirty and soiled, requested the hotel incharge to change it at 1pm while checking in and it was replaced only around 6pm after multiple reminders. Tv remote was missing and after requesting for it, they never provided it. It’s definitely not a place recommended for families. Overall not a good experience

Hello Guys i Will strongly recommend this property for those who are looking a cool place to chill out on the weekends.. service was excellent.. good amenities.. the most important is the last location is adjacent to Mysuru Bengaluru highway.. totally it was a great experience.. 💯 Paisa vasool

as soon as we entered the room were full of phenol smell. i thought it must be cleaned just now and hence the smell but it was not even swept. it was full of lizard droppings all over the place, even in bathroom and on furniture shelfs. no place to properly walk. it was barely swept after repeated reminders. pillow cover was not there and torn for others, horrible experience. will never recommend. swimming pool water was dirty. restaurant was not good so didn't eat there. we were charged for a non ac room and it was nothing but disappointment.

Family stay with a child. When we entered the room it smelt strongly like phenol, it was not nice but i felt they recently cleaned it may be the smell is strong because of that. As we saw the room it was full of lizard litter all over the room, shelves, bathroom, walls etc. It was so awful. We told the staff to clean but it took several reminders and they just swept it partially. Terrible stay. Didn't feel like eating at their restaurant so can't comment. Will never recommend.

The owner of the resort is too rude. No sense of respect towards customer is shown. Does not stick on to one thing. Worthless owner.

Good , the river next to the Property is an added point, neat and clean rooms. food was good, But the quantity of breakfast was 4 small idly. other than that all was fine

We recently stayed at a forest lodge and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Situated adjacent to the forest boundary, the lodge offers easy access to the serene natural surroundings. I booked river side view room, but after reaching property, they said no rooms are available on river side view. They gave me garden view which was less cost. The man who claimed he is owner, was too rude and not able to understand the issue, and started shouting. This property is not worth to book.

Extra bed pillows were not provided, low maintenance of the swimming pools and frequently current was fluctuating.

As compared to other resorts in same location, river view is terrible. River is too small while neighbouring resorts provide much better view. Also it’s simply a hotel not a resort.

Good resort, decent rooms, very nice service staff, overall a good place to pass the weekend. The lawn area was well designed to have a small catchup with friends, the pool was clean and fully functional food was tasty and the service was top class

Swimming pool is not clean. It looks like hotel and not like resort. Should be more clean and with more activities

Rooms are decent, but non ac rooms are too hot in summer, can't sleep, pool is well maintained, food is average and very few options.

Stayed for one night with my family, decently maintained rooms and has pool facility on the kaveri river bang. Limited food options and not that great breakfast
