There was no balcony room given. Some times hot water was not available. And staff is not professional

Hotel is very good, neat, clean and services provided by hotel is excellent and services are also fast. Hotel is on very good location. I will also suggest my friends and family to stay in this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel they failed to provide room, on the pretext that room earmarked is some problem. They shifted us to different locatio.

Needs improvement in overall services specially in room services and breakfast. Location of the hotel is good near tulip garden.

It was a worst experience as there was no proper reception, no hot water at all, no power supply continuously, very dirty room. Complementary breakfast not in time, very bad room service, what ever photos uploaded is all not latest, recommend not to go for this hotel at all, i stayed with my family, it was a nightmare.

I was stay four night with my family in this hotel. Hotel room quality is very good and food quality is good. All hotel staff members behaviour is very friendly and good.

Nice hotel, neat and clean large room, large wash room, good ac, tv, bed. Staff is very polite and helpful. Dal lake is walking distance.

It was very bad experience as it was very untidy and again and again lights were getting off and fan was not functioning don’t do this to your customers as i will never book from make my trip worst experience. No thanks

After i checked in on 10 jun evening, no towel in room. After multiple requests got it around 8:00 pm. No glass or curtain on bathroom window and commode was leaking throughout my stay.

Costly, food quality not good, not hygienic, people are cooperative.

Hotel is economical and good with nice persons. Location is in outer hence difficult to take convenience. Food is average. Ok

Cost ( /night small room) of stay is more than amenities provided, staffs are cooperative, market is not present nearby, restaurant available in the hotel, open space also available to sit in sunlight.

Room didn't have good facilities, bathroom was really bad not even one hanger to hung cloths. Not worth the amount

Location : near dal lake, nishat or bellow taj beside hotel metropolis. Quality of rooms : premium ac rooms are good but no wifi during our stay. We booked 3 rooms with ac and wifi. But in our 1st checking they provide us one room with ac with balcony, another only heated bed and one is very small savvy and half heated bed with no hot water. 2nd day they changed that after protest. Ground floor but no ac. All rooms are without wifi but we paid for the same. As our sim was not working, mm t can not be contacted. Quality of room is good and location is near tulip garden. Breakfast : all the days are bellow average except last day with alo paratha. Dinner cost you rs 500/ per head and i do not recommend the same. Overall : very average stay with 20% of delivery what was promised. Not recommended. Mm t is responsible for wrong representation of the hotel. They will not clean the room properly, often forgot to provide toiletries and tea bags, regular complementary water etc.

Breakfast was not worthy as per cost, behaviour of staff was good, washroom facilities need more to be standard
