HOTEL RIVIERA By Mountview

The HOTEL RIVIERA By Mountview was small and basic rooms but was really cozy and comfortable. We visited during peak winters and they made sure we were comfortable. We booked 3 rooms and all rooms had blower which kept rooms warm enough. The blankets were also good and they even provided extra on asking. Washrooms were basic but hot water was ample and available all times. Food was also very good and the restaurant had good warm temperature maintained. Overall very comfortable stay. Kudos to entire staff.

Our stay was excellent. Location is prime very near to taxi stand and food was amazing. Imran and hussain were very helpful throughout our stay and were always ready to help us with any query. They were knowledgeable about all the places in pahalgam and helped us to manage our itinerary better

Excellent HOTEL RIVIERA By Mountview and good location. Mr imran the manager is very helpful. Good heating and hot water facility. Food is also good and there is a wide variety. The staff is cooperative. Book with breakfast and dinner options, it's very good.

Imran was the property manager, a very humble and sweet guy that took care of everything. In freezing cold temperatures the property provided us great comfort and warmth. Definitely a stay worthy property.

Location is good with view. Food is ok but can be done better. There is heater in each room and sometimes it makes too hot, dry etc. Hot water all the time in the bathroom.

The food was amazing, f&b manager and dinner staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well heated. The only thing is that the front office/housekeeping staff was too pushy for extra tips
