Hotel Robinsson Palace

Poor amenities. Rooms lack proper light, geysers are very small and old, don't provide enough water and take a long time to heat up. Toilets are very old. The experience is not even like a well maintained homestay. The only positives are the helpful staff and the himalayan view. Not going to stay there again.

The resort is exactly on the highway road of ramgarh. The drive to resort is really scenic. We have taken the balcony view room with which has great sunrise view direct from the mountains. The owner of the resort were very friendly and professional. Smooth check in and check out. Food taste was exceptional. Both veg and non veg is available and you can easily personalise your meal. Buffet as well and dine in both available, room were neat and clean, washroom was spacious with warm water facilities. High speed wifi is available free of cost throughout the property. Out door sitout area is in front of your room. Overall its a great stay option with peaceful location.

The stay was very comfortable. It is a nice place and has a really nice view. The staff was very friendly and would cater to us very courteously. The food is really awesome and we had a really nice relaxing getaway weekend.

The hotel is in a very quiet and beautiful place with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff is very polite and helpful. Service and food is also very good. There is a trek of 200m from hotel to the top of hill which gives a bird-eye view of all the areas around. The view of sunset from there is breathtaking.

Location & services are satisfactory, but food quality not good.

The Pros: We went as 2 families of 3 each (total 6 people). The rooms of the Hotel were well built, spacious and comfortable. Wood work inside the rooms kept them warm even at 3, 4 degrees. Food quality was superb and like homemade especially the wheat Rotis. Choice of Breakfast given in the morning was also excellent with timely service. Views from the Balcony of the rooms and Terrace is awesome...peaceful, quiet and serene. Watching the sunrise from the 1st floor Balcony rooms and family rooms is soulful and a treat to watch in the morning. You can easily hear birds chirping anytime during the day, such is the silence of the place. Approx 1 vehicle passes the road from its front in 15 mins, such is the calmness around. The views of the mighty snowclad Himalayas will leave you speechless. The Cons: This is probably the best Hotel in its vicinity barring 1 or 2 with the only drawback of lacking maintenance. The Hotel has everything that is required. but is lacking in maintenance. A little effort from the management in maintenance can do wonders.

Good homely food, good staff, enjoyed the stay

Secluded location far from locality. Good for weekend stay. East facing room. One can get the Himalayan range view and the amazing sunrise from the room holding a cup of tea in his or her hand or lying on the bed. Food quality was average but it serves us well. Staffs were humble. Bonfire facility was also available.

Location was good. View from the hotel is mesmerising. Nature in Itself makes you spellbound. Hospitality and warmth is exceptional in the staff feels like a family. Activities involving all guests at one place is a nice initiative 5 stars for that!! Needs improvement in wash rooms like Finishing of washrooms was not matching even a 3 star hotel facility. #Hot water was not available in the tap although on demand staff provided the same instantly in a bucket. Food quality was OK.

The hotel has good rooms and adequate facilities. This was the cheapest hotel around Mukteshwar and we found out it was worth every penny (and maybe more! ). Wonderful view from the balcony. Great hotel at a beautiful location! Perfect for the holiday!
