need more implement Indore washroom there is no door mat there is no slipper for washroom there is no have any other mad in room the room mattress or it is also very poor the room is smelly thank you bye

There were no lift and too many floors were there also rooms were not good at all and washrooms were also not clean

Hotel roxy is shimla's worst hotel i can say staff is worst breakfast was worst house keeping staff was irresponsible washroom water does not come please i request never stay in this hotel

Due to windows glass are two way and windows curtain are thin so privacy is not maintained

Very good hotel in mall road. Very good room available in the hotel. Walking distance from lift and 5 minutes from christ church, ridge, scandal point and lakkar bazzar. 10 minutes walking time to jhakhoo roopway. Hygiene very good. Staffs are very cooperative. We really enjoyed the trip.

Location, view, courtesy, food cost, cleanliness, hygiene spacious all a person want in cost can have here. I think more than the paid.

No room service, not good breakfast and room rent is too high on make my trip but at hotel price is half

Worst experience of hotel we six girls got ery and request hotel staff to open gate for washroom only even they are not opening the gate deluxe room is so small no extra bed only mattress was there. No power backup when roo is costly

All ok. Just curtain of window need to be more thick it kind of semi transparent when light is on inside room.

Well settled hotel, polite and very supportive staff. Rooms are also very good, proper cleaned bed sheet, bathroom and matters. Highly recommend. Every one must have to try atleast one time. Good ambience

The quality of rooms is nice. Owner as well as the staff were quite responsive. I am a frequent visitor to shimla. Found this hotel improving. There are few renovated rooms as well which are no less than any luxurious class hotel. Food quality and quantity was also adequate. Such a pleasant experience helps to upgrade the standard of tourism in india. Will stay again in this hotel.

Not worthy for fare charged to me.

The place was ridiculous. The bedsheets were smelly, the quilt was bitten by rats. Taps were broken. The mattress was not comfortable at all. They didn't even provide the service and kept us waiting outside the hotel for atleast 30 mins. Please remove this from - make my trip.

Services are very bad. No electricity from the time of check in till 7 pm. Not providing proper cutlaries for lunch. At tea all cups were broken. No towels even after many reminders, no slippers. No quilt were there, after calling provided blankets only. No heaters provided even asking if they want extra charge. They asked for 300 rs for one heater and gave bad heater which was not working properly. Again electricity gone next day at 9 am

Hotel was very nice and all staffs are very professional and well-behaved. Food was also very good.

I have booked this hotel for my parents who are senior citizens. The hotel had treated them very badly. Rooms given to them were in basement 4 and even after several request, the room was not changed. The service was pathetic. Staff was rude. Geyser was not working and my old parents have to bath in cold water in october month in shimla. The service was very very poor. My parents ordered tea which is first of all very bad and served in an unhygienic and unwashed tray. The hotel is really expensive and changed me around 5. 5k for 2 nights. It's a waste of money. Please never book this hotel. Humble request to all of you. Even when i complained to make my trip, nothing has improved.

We stayed here on 24th april in room # 14. There is a open varandah just outside the room from where the view is mindblowing. Service is excellent, especially rahul who always had a smile in his face. We wanted to stay here for one more day but unfortunately our itinerary did not allow us to do that. This property is on the mall road & very close to the lift.

Property location is very good with good view. Food is too bad. Room is badly maintained and poor hygiene. When u want to shift to another room they are charging 1000 rs extra for other room. No wifi. No phone netwok signals.

Never order food in hotel. If you are just going to spend night then would suggest to try some other options in shimla. Pathetic quality and quantity
