Hotel Royal Bengal

Short stay. Liked the hotel. Clean room, clean washroom, good ambience, good food, in the heart of the city, noise low. The hotel has been refurbished. Result is good.

the room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. i ordered chowmein. that was quite tasty. service was quick.

Everything was fine, the food was good the rooms were good and room service was top notch and yes it was a good stay

although my booking was from 11th october to 14th october due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to defer the booking to 9th Nov to 12th Nov.Many thanks to make my trip to arrange accommodation on the requested deferred date without paying penalty or any extra cost. Thanks again. Hotel was very good .Food was good. One may be served with cooked items as per ones instruction. washroom is great. Bed room also excellent. Staff was cordial and know their job. Toto ( auto rikshaw) available always to move to and from. overall had a great stay.

Good Hotel and nice arrangement s. cooking is good and it would be better if cook is instructed prior to cooking Excellent staff . excellent wash room and hot and cold water in abundance. TV android . Ac room. well mannered staff . reasonable price.

Food was Good, Bathroom water very very Bad,like muddy water they told us that due to Iron. Room Rate not at per Service or at Per Image shown on MMT website. Car Parking not Proper.

It was a very bad quality hotel. Smelly and dirty. Good was equally terrible and not worth eating. The rooms were not cleaned during the day. Wouldn’t advise anyone to book it

Just had a stay with family and I must say, they provide the top notch services compared to all the other hotels/resorts I have visited. Had an amazing time and their indian food is very delicious. I would give 10/10 in terms of food and servicing. Rooms are also as per the images and clean

Behaviour and guest management of the staff are well and good. Food is well served and quality is above my expectation, that is , very delicious and tasty. If I go again , I will stay at this Hotel Royal Bengal

Location , food is good. Amenities average , Problems in their maintenance. Waters coming from their basins, shower , tap col is very dirty..

Location wise best, amenities are good, rooms are little tight but service is not upto the mark. No parking facilities, road side parking

Geyser not working, tremendous dirty bathrooms, in sensitive hospitality from hotel service guys, tv does not work, did not give my parents breakfast even though they reached by 10 AM and the breakfast time was till 10 AM. Worst experience for my parents in the last 50 years. Never visit this hotel. Room size was 10 by 10 and they are charging 4500 bucks for that small room. Donot visit this hotel. Caution for every traveller.

Room: very well appointed.. spacious..well furnished..top class facilities.. Washroom: good enough but need improvement..no line hot water..although staff were extremely helpful in providing hot water for bathing whenever asked for. Fixtures in washroom inadequate, need improvement. Staff behaviour: Excellent, polite and courteous and competent. Food: Very good..well cooked and fresh.. Overall, very satisfying stay at very reasonable cost( thanks to MMT for duscount). Goid value for money.
