Hotel Royal Castle

Location: nice on road property. Just 100-200 mtrs away from maximums mall, dharamshala. Rooms are cozy & nicely designed. Views are pretty good from suites. I would recommend to go for a suite. In terms of amenities. It’s well packed. Mattress are comfortable, fridge working perfectly. Lift is in good condition. Roof top dining space is nice. Showers, wc, gyeser, ac all are in good state. Rooms are spacious and attached balconies are like chery on the cake. I found only one thing disappointing and that is room service. In terms of cleaning, bed making etc they are pretty good but if you talk about food and other basics they take ages to provide. Be it food or any other thing like cup, glass or soap or any thing else you need to tell them at-least 30 min before and have to remind them at-least two times if we keep that aside everything else was near to perfect.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My deluxe room with balcony and king bed was well taken care of and clean. The views from my balcony although obstructed by trees were amazing. I ate dinner and breakfast at Hotel Royal Castle and the food was really good. Super convenient location next to zing-bus drop-off. Arrived early at 8am, paid a fee and got into my Hotel Royal Castle early. Best part of the Hotel Royal Castle are the outside restaurant views and the sky lounge views on the 5th floor. Postcard worthy.

Besides the friendly and amazingly helpful staff my Hotel Royal Castle stay was the best i had in india so far. A truly deluxe room. It came with a king sized bed, balcony with postcard views, lots of storage space, desk and sitting area. The bathroom was clean and functional, even included a rain shower with hot water. A must see view from the 5th floor sky lounge. Enjoy the wifi, food and scenery from your hilltop views

Location- quite good. Right beside the bus stand. Near to the mall. Good availability of vehicles. Food- overpriced. Property- too good. Very spacious and the view is just awesome. Amenities- big disappointment. Overall the experience was average. Just according to the price i was expecting little extra from them.

Poor house keeping. Old bed sheet, pillow covers, towels (grey in color. Sofa and chair have old cushion that sinks in all the way down. It rained when we were staying and half the balcony had water stagnated in it. Food is fine but tea and chilli chicken is poor. Very less staff so service is an issue

very good Hotel Royal Castle for affordable price. very neat and clean. heart of the city. next to mall with cinema theatre. just 1 km from bus stand and 2 km from skyway. very good location. food a bit costly and not that taste, but over very good stay

Becouse I am a Civil Engineer, so I have observed that cob light of fall ceiling were not working, Bed side wall lamp were not working and damaged, bathroom towel hanger was not fixed. you have to fix these things, Everything else were fine and.

The property and rooms are well maintained. The staff were very nice. It's safe place and the good part is the Hotel Royal Castle is in the mall road, sight scenes were so near from the Hotel Royal Castle. Approachable from all locations.

Had a really good time, location was in the downtown. Room was clean. Parking was available too.

It was a good experience, the Hotel Royal Castle staff was really nice and helpful. The only thing that was missing was the buffet breakfast.

Breakfast is poor, location is very good, property is also nicely maintained, rooms and bathroom are also neat and clean.

I travelled alone here and find it a safe place to stay as a solo traveller. Safety and hygiene is most important for solo travellers like us.

It was a good Hotel Royal Castle but the thing is shower was not working properly in 309. Asked for toilet paper roll for 3rd time then i got it. Rest the staff was polite and hard working. Property was neat and clean.
