HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE

The HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE was excellent on the following parameters: 1. The Location: Located very close to south and central Mumbai i.e. Marine Drive, Colaba, Haji Ali, Lower Parel, it's easy to spend a lot of time at all these places if on a vacation. 2. Rooms: Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and the housekeeping excellent. 3. Value for money: One of the cheapest options in Mumbai for the excellent location and rooms. Wonder how they manage to keep it as cheap as this. Problem areas: 1. No room service: Due to no pantry, this HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE offers no room service. However, they will get you whatever you order. Further, there is a lovely restaurant called East right under the HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE. Excellent for fine dining and Chinese food! Overall a lovely HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE. A definite recommendation when in Mumbai for budget travelers.

The HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE is located just at a walkable distance from Godrej Chowk and surroundings are quite busy and accessible for bus stops or regular shops on either side of the HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE. The Standard rooms are little congested to move around but clean, the Deluxe rooms are spacious enough. The Wi-Fi connection shared can be used only on one device, so that was one thing not very appealing. They also ask for an address proof along with a photo id during check-in which is nowhere mentioned in the terms and conditions of the HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE in the booking voucher. Not too many options in breakfast - butter toast/ bread omelette, vada pav, tea/coffee. Overall the stay was good and the staff was friendly.

Before booking the HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE i confirmed with Mr.Chiranjeevi that i am coming on 29th Nov 2013 early morning @ 6am and he assured me that if room is available he will provide me otherwise a guest room. I was so impressed and thankfull to Chiranjeevi because i booked a double deluxe room and provided me a double super deluxe room which was very clean and furnished with a TV,AC,SOFA,LOCKER....etc. Even the staff was very helpful, when you go outside the HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE the support staff member would even get you a car hired. We enjoyed a lot and would definitely recommend this HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE for tourists.

The HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE staff, hygiene, service are everything perfect. We booked a deluxe room and it was worth. I will recommend to go for deluxe room and yes the breakfast is provided but it was not that good i will rate it 2. 5/5. We stayed in the Hotel only for few hours but the services were very good. The location is ideal- Road Side, a restaurant downstairs, the Beach is at a walking distance and there are certain designer stores and salons at a short distance. The Hotel also allowed us to keep our luggage even after the checkout. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a decent Hotel near the MMCT Station

The HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE, Royal Castle was amazing. The staff were very courteous and the rooms and the linen were clean. At the rates of occupancy, you get a room with a mini-bar and air conditioner. I think this is a raw deal and doesn't get any better than this for a budget conscious business traveler! I definitely recommend this Hotel for its services, stay and central location.

This HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE had a very convenient location in south Mumbai. There are lots of restaurants ., hospitals, local stations, around this HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE. There is Maharaj Gandhi home Called mani Bhavan which is a must visit for tourist just walking distance from this HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE. Its a perfect budget HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE for people travelling for few days work

Excellent location. Service was excellent. They take extra care of senior citizen. I highly recommend this place for people travelling to Mumbai and plan to stay in South Mumbai. I had travelled with my mother and was 2 hrs early than the check in time but seeing my mother was senior citizen they had immediately prepared a room for us.

Value for money. Worth the price

Central location with good ambience, can be approached from all sides of Mumbai. Over all good facilities for stay. Bath room is okay for 2 people. Water provided by HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE to be improved. Break. Fast must be wholesome

The HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE was good, it was definitely value for money. The room was absolutely clean.

An excellent value for money. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is great. There is a feeling of safety. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I have is simple toiletry items like towel, soap, shampoo, etc. should be provided.

Very good location near by taxi available. Good food around. Nice little shop for daily needs. Staff is cooperative and courteous. Management is very responsive. Only drawback is small bathroom limited choice for complimentary breakfast.

Good location, nice service. The behaviour of the staff is also very nice. The HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE is clean with hot water supply all the times and free WiFi. The complimentary breakfast is good but they can increase the quantity of food. The rooms however are very small specially the standard ones.

Pretty decent HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE right in the heart of SoBo.

Bed tea was not provided. Drinking water supplied in used Bisleri bottles. Improvement required in standard breakfast provided. Location is good. Room is good. Staff are highly cooperative. Overall good
