Location was excellent as relevant to other its quiet better cleanliness also but there is bad smell in towels and also in washrooms there was cockroaches and I really hate cockroaches and one more thing I called to Hotel Royal Castle faculty to order dinner at 7:33pm and dinner came at 10pm which is extremely late I asked the reason then they said party is going on in banquet hall thats the reason for delay in dinner thats it and last one there is no appropriate parking ayatem there is tranformer in the parking I parked the car then one guy asked me to park little bit closer to the gate when I reversed the it touched to the poles of tranformer and resultant there is big dent on the back side of diggy on the metallic surface it was very disappointing for me it spoiled my stay there

Outstanding service and best Hotel Royal Castle in Zirakpur. Food was awesome and parking facility is too outstanding by Hotel Royal Castle!!! Hotel staff is too active and very polite I love this Hotel Royal Castle is like above 5 star!!! My family enjoyed a lot and my family already decided next time we will plan for this same Hotel Royal Castle!!! My experience is very good about this Hotel Royal Castle. Particularly I am very pleased about day shift manager who is seating in reception. He was very understanding and cooperative also. About the room its good. According to your budget. About break fast and lunch its excellent. My family enjoyed what food they provide to us. I can recommend you can stay along with your family and friends also. It is a value for money. So my overall experience is very good

We stayed at Hotel Royal Castle as an overnight halt on our way to Shimla via the Kalka-Shimla railway. It is comfortable and convenient for an overnight halt. The location is convenient for access to Chandigarh and Kalka railway stations: approx. 5 kms from Chandigarh RS and approx. 20 kms from Kalka RS. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The food at the restaurant was good and room service was prompt.

We stayed only for one night and found the Hotel Royal Castle quite good and absolutely value for money. Food was above average but could have been better. Room was very neat and tidy and staff was very humble and hospitable. Overall it was worth it and you wont regret your stay at all. I will recommend it to all night stoppers.

Wonderful stay at budget price. Hotel provided me free room upgrade. I got room no 104 and It was so big like one more king size bed can fit in. It had a small dining table for two of us. On request Hotel Royal Castle provided candle and we had romantic candle night dinner. Very cooperative staff. Overall thumbs up from my side.

The Hotel Royal Castle room was good, but was little compact on size. I had meals included. The buffet food was awesome. Though the rooms are equipped with WiFi, but WiFi of the room was not working, however the manager & Hotel Royal Castle staff was courteous enough to attend to the complaint & very cooperative.

We booked the Hotel through MakeMyTrip. It was an excellent stay with big room and excellent service. Restaurant was good with quality items and good taste. Overall stay was good. I booked same Hotel in return journey. I will prefer same Hotel in next time

Throughout the night we were hearing noises of Hotel staff quarrelling with each other. The condition of linen was pathetic and it wasn't changed even after requests. In the morning the taps were out of water.

Comfortable for unmarried couple too. Rooms are very good, bole to paisa wasul h, service is also good, food is also nice but bit costly. Location is also nice you can get cab in every two mins. Value for money

Its was nice stay . But they don't have proper parking. Very this pointed with electricity polls middle in car parking. Very nice staff. Very clean and very comfertable rooms. Clean washrooms. Almost I recommended to all

Great location Near to paras down town mall on road easy to locate Staff very cooperative Food is very tasty dinner and breakfast both Room and bathroom is clean But only one towel inthe bathroom Only bad thing is that no room service is available after 10pm.
