Hotel Royal Central, Jaipur

Excellent location in city and comfortable, clean rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Food was excellent. Highly recommend for a short stay!

The food quality was awesome. The location of the hotel is at master place in between the city.The bus stand and railway station is at walking distance.The accommodations was very nice.

stay was bad, repair paint work going in front of room till late night and it was difficult to breath with paint odor. Secondly, TV was not working, on complaining to hotel staff it was replied that none of the TV is not working due to technical fault, though in our second room it was working. Cloth hangers were missing, requested, and the same single qty. is arranged with difficulty.

First when check in at hotel dirty room was provided then after complaining they had changed the room but the room was totally different from the photos shown at the time of booking and also in the booking voucher provided my mmt.

Poor management. Menu card says that breakfast starts at 7am, but it started at 7:35am despite of continuous follow ups. I had a bus departure at 8am and couldn’t get proper breakfast before leaving.

Room service is very poor. They provide room at 3 pm and we wait for 30 minutes for room availability they said parking is available on call but in reality they park the car on street with no security room ac is not working

Should not be your first choice. They are short staffed. No intercom in the rooms. Long waiting even after official check in time. Dirty sofas. They were spotted with dirt and there were flower petals residues all pver. Walls with removed paint and overall very average hotel. A very easy pass. And we paid very high amount due to festival rush and were not at all satisfied.
