During my one-day stay at hotel royal city, i found the overall facilities to be satisfactory. However, i was disappointed to discover torn bed sheets and a missing glass slab in the washroom’s windows. On the bright side, the remaining amenities were in good condition, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

We have taken the hotel for our night stay at siliguri in our darjeeling trip. We reached hotel t 10. 30p. M, staffs are present at hotel and they have given all services. They took order for food at such late night and foods were good. Ample space for parking with security deployment. Hotel located at such a point that both road hill cart road and sevok road can be taken easily.

The bedding provided was very good. The attached bathroom was also very neat and tidy with provision for hot water also. Had dinner at restaurant on 1st floor and the food was very good& tasty. Morning breakfast too was wholesome and tasty. Over all a very nice and comfortable stay at siliguri in royal city.
