To much bad hotel and not good for entire staff. To much rude behavior aal there person, in room to much mosquitos and bed smell as well

Good atmosphere, tv is also working this time, room is nit & clean, fully chilled air conditioner

Door properly not working net slow phone not working

Please save your money and read these cons before you book because there are no pros bathroom: the most unhygienic i have ever seen. Basin water directly falling on the floor due to broken pipe. Jet spray, stand broken too. Wifi: there was no wifi as opposed to what is mentioned here. House keeper told us they didn’t have it for a week. Staffs kept telling us they’re working on it but in our 2 days stay there was none. No tv as well. Cockroaches/mosquitoes: the room was filled with mosquitoes. We got rid of them somehow just to see a cockroach running on the bed. Water: the most basic facility a hotel can provide is water. But here forget about hot water, they did not even had a bottled water. When asked for water they gave me a small size open cap plastic bottle in which they filled water by their own hands. The guy said it’s clean you can drink it. I don’t think anyone can drink such water. Ac: the ac was at 16 degrees and yet i woke up sweating because it was faulty, not giving sufficient cooling. Broken night lamps, cracked walls, dirty bedsheets and reused towels were some more in the list of bad experiences. I would advise you to not stay here. It’s overpriced with bare minimum facilities. Unless you want it for few hours nothing much here.

Rude staff at the reception, unprofessional and i'll tempered. Hotel should employ pleasant staff

Worst experience. Room is not clean and ready at the time of check. Bed sheet was tear and so dirty. Very rude behavior of front office mam. I recommend the other not to choose the hotel.

Useless hotel

Never get trapped on their sweet gesture especially the manager ! Very bad experience it was! I had a booking of 2 days as I had to attend a meeting in Mumbra ! You can get better stay nearby this at same price even lower ! My package includes breakfast but they didn’t even provide breakfast playing blame game , I don’t know who is responsible the hotel management but it was me who has suffered

Bad room. Worst kitchen. Very rude staff. Very poor experience. Not supportive at all. Never go for this property again

In my room, ac was not working, some lights were not working properly, even television was not getting on.

The main issue is the bed, the bed was not properly joined, so it was too much uncomfortable to sleep on bed, as it was making a space again n again.

Hotel location is great reception was welcoming hotel needs big time maintenance room requires cleaning room service to be provided

Rooms and food quality is good. Really appreciable.
