Bad behaviour of manager poor room service TV not working properly please avoid this hotel.

worst fooding arrangement. They don't serve on time, need to remind again & again. Room service is verypoor.

Good as a solo travel parking place bad accommodation ok clean. food ok ......

This property is clean , also staff is friendly.

The room was good and the staff were polite with good behaviour. Cleanliness was average but manageable. However, the receptionist was very unprofessional and dishonest. Despite multiple requests, she refused to provide the bill and behaved unreasonably. This spoiled the overall experience. Management should look into this seriously. Such behaviour at the front desk is not acceptable.

The location is good, No restaurant or parking, Only On order Dinner was served in the room. Breakfast they said will be served after 08:30 hrs as I had ordered at 8 am, prepaid during booking. At 08:50 I was told No Breakfast available. lost my cool and told them to see you in court. Went to reception, told them why did you charge me for Bfast when Not served. Some discussion took place and they told me within 10 mts we will serve you. They did serve, Poori was good but stale Long gourd curry was given. since I was getting late during checkout I asked for an invoice of my food which they refused, charged me Rs. 290/- in a Pvt Account. I had to pay only for Dinner but was charged even for Breakfast and refused to give any Bills. I made a mistake staying here , normally I stay in Hotel Ballerina, for a change I was cheated.

the hotel is very centrally located, staff is polite and cooperative, rooms are big and maintained, food is ok. overall, it is recommended for business stays....

Room was good at reasonable price. But the mattress and the quilt were dirty. If the staff can maintain cleanliness especially on mattress, pillows and blanket that would be great.

Everything thing is good. Hotel is very very neat and clean. Staffs are very good. Recommend to travellers to stay here.

Room was good, but other services were very bad. Like no breakfast provided (while my stay was inclusive of breakfast. No hot water was coming in the taps till 7am, and a dirty service tray given when food was ordered

Great experience. Loved the hospitality. Rooms and sanitary were hygienic. They provided free parking for our vehicle. Food was pretty good. The behaviour of the staff was polite.

It was a wonderful stay, with good hospitality, meals and services. The location is best for anyone for any work like official work, tourist, and shopping etc.

The front office service was friendly, and the hospitality and cleanliness were good. However, the telephone in the room was not working so every time i had to go to the counter myself for order and the smart tv was decorative only. Despite these issues, i felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant.

Unclean and unhygienic. Never want to visit again. Not worth the amount. Staffs are unfriendly too.
