Stayed two days without any hustle. Felt safe despite being a solo female traveller. Thanks to the management staff for ensuring my comfort and safety. Breakfast was satisfactory. Things to be improved: hot water in washrooms could be provided 24*7 without having to call and ask for it. Overall, my stay was comfortable and safe.

The front office service was friendly, and the hospitality and cleanliness were good. However, the telephone in the room was not working so every time i had to go to the counter myself for order and the smart tv was decorative only. Despite these issues, i felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant.
