Small and unclean rooms with zero ventilation. TV not working, and unnecessary rules that have no relevance.

Hotel employees are well trained. Only the problems with rooms about their design. Lack of ventilation and fungal smell comes from the wooden bed and almari smell bad smell comes that directs me to give this much less rating. Recommends for users who have the short stays, for long stays not to go with this option.

It was a very good experience, easy check in and check out process, the location of the hotel was a centre to visit places in chandigarh like a rock garden, rose garden, shastri market, sector 17 market

Booked this place last minute and honestly didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be amazing. The room was super clean, comfy bed, and the staff were genuinely helpful without being overbearing. Great location too — easy to get around and lots of food spots nearby. Also, special mention to the breakfast — simple but really well done. Felt like they actually care about the guest experience. Definitely coming back.

there is a bat 🦇 in my room celling,when I complain thrice then they changed myroom.at 11 pm light cut .it's looks like blackout in my room .even a single bulb is not working .light comes 7 am in morning bt at that time I made my checkout.i think make my trip should give me full amount in refund with a noble prize of being calm in this situation plz check all the details and then make a check in
