The stay is in market however the place needs a renovation. The lift wasn’t working. The fan control was not working. The shower was not working properly. The food was average and service was quite slow and for majority of items on breakfast menu they said it will take a longer time and thus we ended up ordering the basics.

The location of the hotel was good. Courteous &helpful staff.And the cons are.. Very old linen &the room itself was smelling old..Average toilets.. I've stayed for 4 days, & the same aloo paratta &poha was the breakfast menu. Totally average stuff.

The place needs a lot of talc and pest extermination

The place was really good a few years ago, but is starting to look run down and has a pest/cockroach infestation. Also, the rooms smell musty, toilet seat is stained. Food was by and large tasty but had the misfortune of walking into the kitchen at one point, it is dirty and rat infested. Overall would not want to stay there again.

Not happy with the hotel royal. Lot a of things happen. Like bedsheet not clean pillow is broken and quality is very bad tata sky not recharge even there is a issue with recharge bad smell from room after i complaint then only they giving perfume in washroom also inadequate manner toiletries given tea cattle not clean curtains are broken. Even iron is not clean and i unable to press my white shirt.
