Stay out or sleep in your car rather entering this hotel

No hospitality, even after pre booking I was denied access to the hotel because of being in a co-ed group. The manager at the reception said even if I had booking I will not be allowed to enter. When asked for a refund he said he is not responsible I had to call the customer care and take the owner on concall to convince and get access. I had come after a long travel and had to convince a lot to the reception manager who was so rude that he was ignoring me after denying access to the hotel. After entering the rooms, there was whole different story. 1) bedsheets, and pillows with stains After asking the housekeeping to chabgw the sheets the new ones came with another set of stains and smell. 2) The room had dustbin filled with stuff before us entering don't knw if they had cleaned the rooms. 3) Washroom smelled weired and had used soaps for us to use. 4) We only wanted to spend the night for few hours sleep for which we paid for whole day for 2 rooms. 5) The whole place was very unhygienic to even stay for a night. 6) Rooms were filled with insects everywhere. Please donot recommend this hotel to anyone as some people are only looking for some sleep after a long journey so they can continue their further travel. Royal is only in the name and not in their nature.

The hotel was pathetic. It had smoke all where. Even basic hygiene like clean washroom n clean bedsheet was not maintained. Horrible hotel.
