Hotel Royal Inn

Only exterior space and look of the hotel is good. Rest nothing is pleasant. Dirty and shabby look and feel of rooms/restaurant/reception etc. 😟😟😟. One can not spend more than one night stay.

There is no staff for cleaning and no basic amenities provided like water bottle, towels, hot water kettle and tissues in the room. Looked like Bathroom is not cleaned for long time and very stinky. We asked for replacement of rooms but all rooms were like that only. I would request MakeMyTrip to black list this hotel. It looks good from outside but from inside it is pathetic and I would say lodge rooms would be better than this.

The food was delicious and flavorful, but the service was quite slow and did not meet expectations. The rooms lacked some basic amenities — the TV and kettle were not working, and the intercom was disconnected, and the paint on the walls was peeling off. Additionally, the bathroom had poor ventilation, which made the stay less comfortable.

No tv working, no room service, even reaustrant take 30 min for simple food order

The name royal inn ,was only the royal in this hotel . Dirty towels,no water bottles,over priced ,bad odour in rooms ,hot water only in morning, Though the staff behaviour was nice

Stay was very good. I like our stay. It was proper family hotel with nice connectivity to Omkareshwar Temple.

overall good place to stay, the only thing the need is to change the bedsheets and pillow covers before giving the rooms to guests

not properly Ac working and it's an under construction and the hotel are big but the room are not suitable as star 2 and 3 because it's soo poor

AC cooling was very slow, power shut down many times in night. need to improvement his hotel services

The room was not cleaned. Too much mosquitoes. Care takers never attended us. We had to buy mosquito mat. we had to clean the room ourselves.

From outside hotel looks good, But when you enter in the room you feel like going in 2 star hotel, Worst experience ever, No proper cleanliness, AC is not working , everywhere so many mosquitos is there because of cleanliness issue.

My recent stay at the Hotel Royal Inn in Omkareshwar had both its positives and negatives. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious, the food was good, the service was commendable, and the overall ambience was pleasing. However, there were a few drawbacks. The absence of a tea-making kettle and a chair in the room was inconvenient. Additionally, the presence of too many mosquitoes was bothersome. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, addressing these minor issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Room was not good AC was not working probably Kicthen was closed at the we are check in at 8 pm Services was terrible

Renonation was going on, lot of dust was there everywhere. Should avoid allotment of rooms during such renovation works. Telephones are not working. Breakfast was not arranged in time.

rooms were small in size , no place for children to play , overall experience is ok 👍🏻

We have reached there at 12 and before 3 hour we intimated that we are coming. Even after that no arrangement at all and even cleanliness. No hot water cattle. Bathroom also not well

Rooms were good. Hotel is located around 4. 5 km from omkareshwar temple. Easy to get auto from hotel to temple.

From outside property is good however inner maintenance is a huge problem. Wash rooms are stinky. No shampoo or hand-washing available. Broken toilets. Should stay here only if there are no other options.

it's like 500 rs lodge ...no handwash no shampoo no shower gel,dirty bedsheets nd blanket with no cover.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
