Pathetic rooms and worst services, Not a single thing is commendable. No ownership for any thing regarding stay and services.

After arrival the receptionist told us that we can not get a single room although we were two girls and one boy . So we have to take one room at there for which we paid AC were not working so after complaint they changed our room . Lastly they ask us to pay for the breakfast which was included at the time of booking and in rules of property they mentioned complimentary breakfast. The hotel was not as per the rules and policies mentioned. We paid extra for one more room unnecessary. Our experience was terrible. Not a single person among us liked that hotel .

We will book property yesterday on my Gift Card because when we reach property is closed but online booking on this property is available please verfiy with hotel royal inn and refund my amount

Nice stay with beautiful rooms and fab room service and staff is also very cooperative so i suggest all to visit this property

Overall experience was quite good but if i talk about the services they are not appropriate, i order sandwich which as just dry breads nothing else in the sandwich. Cleaning was also not appropriate asked to change bed sheet but haven't changed instead i asked them twice to change bed sheets. Owners were real gentleman.

It was not at all managed for corporate stay. For, everything i have asked to give soap, towel, sleeper shampoo

The hotel is not well maintained, washrooms are worse, no proper maintenance, rooms are not clean, the temperature is 7° and there's no hot water.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. And rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was not so good. The bed-sheets were not clean. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The food was smelly and was plated in not clean utensils.

Cleanliness was the issue. The opened water bottle was there. Rest was okay. They should put more work on cleaning the room.

Stay wasn’t pleasant at all. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place at this price (maximum they should charge with the level of service and quality is 200rs. Pathetic stay, basic amenities like clean toilets, toiletries, towel, clean bed sheets/blankets were not present. When we asked to provide clean bedsheeets, they argued that they have already done it. In the name of “included breakfast” only aalo pratha bread and chola bhatura were the option. As they bring food from outside and have no kitchen. Location was fine as it was close to station and small market.

There are rat and cockroach and very very poor hygiene and no hot water and toilet was too much dirty and lot of mosquitoes. It’s really terrible.

Dirty room and bathroom. Dirty pillow and bedsheet. Very bad experience. Worst food quality. Not worth and not a value for money. Location is very near to railway station.

Hotel location is near to railway station and hotel service and ambience is promising and hotel staff is very cooperative

On my visit i stay for two days in hotel it's services are very good. Staff behaviour is very pleasant

The condition of room was not as mentioned. Besides that the owner were annoying. And they keep trying to adjust another person in my room even when i paid it for already. Breakfast and so do other meals. I regret why i selected hotel royal in. Raibariely up
