Good locaqtion, trained staff & awesome food review of the h hi pune reviewed 5 may 2020 hhi is very beautifully located just nest to famous mall of pune. Airport is just 5 min drive and viman nagar area is just next door. From reception to check out my experience was memorable and very professional and smooth. I loved the way Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore is managed. Mr krishna mohan kumar and mr bap i are two main person who impressed me with the care and courtesies. Check in staff is always with smile and very well trained. Rooms are spacious and all required amenities are available. Food spread is lavish and food preparation is awesome. Roof top restaurant is one of the best place to enjoy your evening with good snacks and drink. They have live food counters to enjoy like chat papri, pav bhaji, pasta etc. Mr bap i, always customized my food preferences and offered me best of menu. Service is fast and food served is hot and delicious. Mr krishna always ready to extra mile to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The phoenix market city is just walking distance of 2 min that make this Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore ideal place to stay. Moreover it is totally safe to walk around the Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore. The hospitality of royal orchid is awesome. Our room was a delux twin bed room. It was very spacious, excellent soothing decor. The room service was excellent and the staff was excellent. Specially noteworthy is the warm welcome vibes shared by the chief security officer. He receives everyone with a very warm welcome and also guides tourists with sight seeing around the city. The staff is ever so polite and always ready to provide support to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread is lavish and includes north indian, south indian and continental spread. My experience with my stay at royal orchid was very good. The amenities are excellent. They provide toiletries from biotique and the room service is very prompt. Their inhouse restaurant offers pretty delicious food as well.

Overall, the Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore has a vintage aura to it. Staff and management team are courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and hygienic. The one downside to me was the reception who did not onboard me soon enough upon arrival. Also, the reception personnel were unaware of mm t benefits for this booking. The 1*1 offer on drinks was not facilitated between 6-8 as mentioned prior booking, checkin prior to stated check in time was unavailable and free breakfast was not considered part of the booking until i had to explain it all to them and show them the booking details. Bar and restaurant staff and management are most courteous.

The royal orchid in domlur is conveniently located near the prominent areas like indiranagar and koramangala. And yet, is tucked away in serenity overlooking the kg a golf course. The Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore has a beautiful facade with creepers covering almost the entire front face of the building. The staff is ever courteous and quick to respond. The room is spacious with all the amenities necessary for a 4 star Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore available. The property, while shows the age, is clean and hygienic. The ac control is kinda confusing though. Food is sumptuous and room service is prompt. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay

The property is obviously a bit old, and hence calls from some maintenance here and there. The water kept seeping out on the bathroom floor when i tried filling the bathtub. And the shower cubicle too seemed to have some issue, as the water kept going out of the cubicle too. But the room was neat and very spacious. The view from my room was decent, with trees overlooking the window. The venue is mostly used by people for corporate events and wedding ceremonies. The staff is decent. Overall, a good place to stay.

Satisfactory stay. This is not the first ti. E we stayed here. The place has become sought after favorite for each of our stay thabks to the culture of people. From gate, front desk to dining a d houskeeping everyone you meet, deals your interaction with a "culture" we have realised has been build from within. The rooms, overall quality spaces, hygiene, everything par excellence. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Had a short stay at the Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore. While the food served was great, the quality of the room i stay at left didn't meet expectations of a quoity Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore like royal orchid. Damaged furniture, scarred bathroom tiles, plus no kettle in the room - these made my stay only satisfactory. The staff was warm, but could be more polished and thorough.

Though the Hotel is old but it neat and clean.Staff was friendly.Food was awesome. In peak hours the restaurant was crowded so it took a bit longer to get the food.But they would refill it. Live counter was fantastic. Wifi was also good.Any complaint raised was quickly responded too. Location is far from airport. But there are eateries just within walking distance

I had the privilege of staying at this amazing property for 2 nights, and i must say the service here is amazing, the staff is very supportive and cooperative as well. The rooms are beautiful with a vintage touch. The food was amazing. Overall, i would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting in and around domlur, bangalore
