Centrally located staff polite and well behaved housekeeping needs improvement changing of towels not done on daily basis no mineral water is given only RO water food we had taken very few times but was ok.

Guys this is the worst HOTEL ROYAL PALACE i have ever seen. There are termite in bed rooms. Tv not working. Dirty bathrooms. Overall, do not get misguided by pictures of HOTEL ROYAL PALACE room only.
