Hotel Royal Palace

The Hotel Royal Palace has great ambience with multiple amenities. The food was good but breakfast was very simple. The staff was quick to respond and eager to help. Rooms were huge but cleanliness was not up to the mark. Bathroom has a stinky sewerage like smell. That smell was also there in the bedroom. Once i started the exhaust and flush some water in the drain the smell reduces.

Rooms are spacious. House keeping is up to the mark. Food was good. Staff and reception were very cooperative and polite. The location is truly gorgeous and photographic. The rooms could use some maintenance. Some of the power outlets were broken or non functional. The a/c remote s were missing. The tv should be recharged for duration of stay.

Amazing Value for Money. The place looks like a palace true to its name "The Royal Palace". It has got a nice garden and good grass lawns with swings. The rooms are clean, service is good but the best part is the area outside of the rooms. Definitely a good choice for anyone planning a stopover to Sagar.

I have stayed for two days with my family. Rooms are clean, restaurant service need to improve. I got good guidance about the location and i would like to thank the desk staff especially mr ajay singh who really help to get information about the city and arrange everything in my stay.

Royal palace is a good Hotel Royal Palace having very courteous staff. Open ground area, room balcony has beautiful mountain view. Room service was good. The best part was there pick up and drop facility. Overall a wonderful stay I had there.

Food was very nice, Staff behavior is also good .. Only vocation was out of city but nice place .. Room was cleaned and decorated ... All services served on time and in good manner. Due to out of city the conveyance problem is there.

Nice place, nice Food, nice Restaurant, nice, cooperative and Helpful staff, and Its almost in the middle of the city. Station is very nearby. The Room was very spacious, with all the modern amenities with nice sitting area in front.

Excellent views and very large rooms. Good food as has restaurant. Only problem is little lack of trained staff.

Property is at a good location, prompt service, amenities are nice, they have a clean pool. Food is great as they have separate sitting area and cutlery for veg and non veg people. Overall an excellent stay!
