Staff behaviour was quite rude ,the room service don’t respond to your call, they won’t listen to your grievances, highly unprofessional from their side. Quality of Food including dinner and breakfast was pathetic

we face problems to locate property as per given location link, & have some parking issues. rest all are good , delicious food hygienic property but properties in the centre of city so traffic issues are faced

Stay was confortable, checkin was smooth. Pros - location in between city with all necessities near by checkin/ checkout was smooth. Cons - bathroom/washroom was not properly cleaned accessories provided like towel felt were not fresh. Parking is a big issue here as located in between city and there is no proper parking location available.

Hotel was average. There was issue with hygiene, like bed sheets were not clean, the blanket cover was used, and dirty. So overall, it was very costly for the kind of service they provided.

Location of property is in the heart of city. Room is well maintained. Room service is very fast. My experience was very good

They don't allow guests in a room, which was not a good experience, we had to stay outside with our guests

Location was good. Food(stuffed paratha) was also fine. There was no kettle in the room for hot water. Also the hot water tap in the bathroom was not working. There were no tea/coffee pouches in the room, even for the glass we had to tell them to provide. Blanket was not clean, we got that replaced. Iron was also not available. There was a bad smell in the room, so we asked them to spray. They denied breakfast inside the room. Earlier they told us that they will provide a room for driver, before we booked the room. They dint provide any good place for him to sleep, we had to book a separate room for his stay(off course we dint book in this hotel.

Location is very good and find easily. Food was good and restaurant staff was very good, but room service staff was very slow. Room was ok but a bad smell was all around floor.

It was a good stay at this place. The services and behaviour of the staff was also good. But the room size is a little bit small when compared to its price.

Property is located at the center of the town. The staff is courteous and friendly. Rooms are clean. Only thing missing was the tea/coffee cattle.

No proper hospitality no complementary water bottle morning breakfast is below average the only good thing is tea.
