My stay at the royal plaza, srinagar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that truly sets this Hotel Royal plaza apart. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious retreat in the heart of srinagar. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room’s design and amenities was evident. What truly stood out, however, was the culinary experience. The food at the royal plaza is an absolute delight. The restaurant offerings featured a diverse and delicious menu that catered to various tastes, and i must say, the flavors were outstanding. In addition to the wonderful accommodations and dining, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my & my family’s stay was memorable. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request were truly commendable. Specially mention two of the Hotel Royal plaza manager anise and asif was two real gentlemen, they are always ready for provide any service to customer with a lovely smile. Both guys spent time with my little daughter. My daughter loved them very much. Also the restaurant stuff zahid, irfan, royees & aadil was amazingly energetic. They know how to satisfy customer with every angle. I have some problem with bashmati rice, this guys arrange normal soft kashmiri rice for me what they regularly eat. If you’re looking for the best Hotel Royal plaza in srinagar with tasty cuisine, excellent rooms with hot water and heating system and top-notch service, look no further than the royal plaza srinagar. My stay here was unforgettable, and i can’t wait to return!

Location: a little off even for locals. Check-in: smooth. A big shout out to mr anise sheikh at the front office who made every effort to make my stay comfortable. Facilities in the room: the inverter ac facility with power backup was great. The pillow cover, sheets and towels looked new but they were not clean with hair. They need to replace all of them with good quality ones. The pillow cover and sheets had pills all over (small balls) which shows that they were of poor quality. The commode already has stains though the Hotel Royal plaza was opened only this year! there was no dust bin in the bathroom. The cupboards occupied a lot of the space making the room feel small. Food: food was fine but service was poor. They were not trained, perhaps. I am spending so much time writing this review because i want them to maintain the Hotel Royal plaza and give the guests better experience which they can do by looking into the points i mentioned above. The review comes from having stayed in at least a hundred different Hotel Royal plazas in india and abroad. I'll give my overall experience as "good.

Jowsir Farooq's outstanding service at the restaurant added a delightful touch to my dining experiences, ensuring each meal was a culinary delight 🍽️. Furthermore, Aabid Ahmed from the maintenance department went above and beyond, ensuring the room was impeccable and contributing greatly to an overall wonderful stay💫. The consistent warmth, combined with the Hotel Royal plaza's excellent amenities and convenient location, made every day a pleasure. A week filled with comfort, exceptional service from these remarkable individuals made my stay memorable that exceeded expectations - I can't wait to return!! Kudos to you guys👏🏻

We stayed in the Hotel Royal plaza for our trip to kashmir and the Hotel Royal plaza was amazing. It is located near dal gate in a prime location and easily accessible. The rooms were pretty, comfortable & well maintained. The staff there is so cooperative and friendly. All our needs were met and they put in a lot of extra efforts to make us comfortable and in making our trip smooth. The hospitality by anise sheikh and Nazim was top notch they really helped us out with every small stuff of ours. Cleanliness and the food was was amazing as well. We felt at home away from home. I would visit this Hotel Royal plaza again when i get a chance. Should definitely booked the Hotel Royal plaza without any hesitation.

A royal stay at Hotel Royal plaza royal plaza, srinagar, kashmir. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal plaza royal plaza and my overall experience was delightful. Anis and mubashir at the front office welcomed me with genuine warmth, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The housekeeping service, led by irshad, maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout my stay, addressing any requests promptly. The well-kept facilities, along with a serene and inviting ambience, added to the overall delightful experience. I highly recommend Hotel Royal plaza royal plaza for its outstanding service and inviting atmosphere.

Very nice and well decorated 3 star Hotel Royal plaza. Even the property is not located near to the main road, all the necessary things that should have been in a Hotel Royal plaza room in kashmir were provided. All the staff were friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was good even though there were little choices and the menu was almost repetitive. But i don't have an issue with that because it is delicious. I booked 2 rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children for 3 days and 2 nights. The room heater and hot water were well functioning. The bed was comfortable enough. Walking distance to shops, mini mart and food stalls.

We are two families stayed at royal plaza for 4 nights. Hotel is good especially their food which is vey nice. They have a good spread in both breakfast as well as dinner. Menu changed every day. Staff is polite with always a smaile on their face. Rooms are provided with all the amenities incl electrical kettle, ac etc. Bathrooms are provided with geyser hence hot water is available 24 hours. They have generator for power backup in case of electrical cut. Only thing in consideration is room size which is quite small and has no outside view. Also room cleaning service needs improvement.

All the staff were very kind and gave us very good hospitality. Special credits to the restaurant manager, who was very kind and helped every single family in the restaurant, greeted everyone with a smile and ensured everyone had a great experience. We booked map plan. Food was excellent and hygienic. Lot of varieties for breakfast and dinner.

Excellent staff with very polite and good gesture, specially mr. Zahid, adil-rayas, mubashir, anis, fo ali mohd(hk) and irfan. All team is very excellent.

It was neat, clean & well maintained. Good rooms. Rooms are same as shown in the pictures. Well managed staff.

We stayed here with out toddler for 2 days. We love walking. This is very close to dal lake, maybe around 1 km from the Hotel Royal plaza dal lake starts. We used to walk to dal lake though you'll get plenty of autos as well. There are enough restaurants right near this Hotel Royal plaza too, though i would recommend going to dal lake. The breakfast spread at the Hotel Royal plaza was more than enough for all of us including the toddler. At the price it was amazing, maybe even a find.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were welcomed by mubashir at the front desk. He was friendly and helpful. Quick check in despite lot of people. The staff is accommodating to all your needs. Food was good. Hot water available 24/7. Rooms are comfortable.

This Hotel Royal plaza is new and in a good location. The room fittings and Hotel Royal plaza interior and exterior are well decorated and lighted. We did not have any meals there, so can't comment about food quality. The Hotel Royal plaza staff was friendly. The bathroom was large but the fittings in bathroom needs to be improved. The room was quite comfy. This Hotel Royal plaza is a good option for staying at srinagar. They also have ac and lift in the Hotel Royal plaza and provides toiletries.
