Bed was not clean, no hand-wash in bathroom only old soap was there, can't lock washroom from outside, no free water bottles in morning People who are booking offline getting room on the spot and for us who do online booking via mmt they asked to wait till 12 and not giving room even if they are available

The comforter was so dirty, the cover was open at one end and it used to slip exposing the extremely unhygienic comforter. Toilet seat was also not very clean and neither were the pillow cases. There was a cockroach in the room. Breakfast was good and it was an adjustable stay under budget
