Hotel Royal Residency

Mineral water is chargeable, if you don't buy - you need to take ro water. Room wasn't that clean. Room rates were cheaper than make my trip rate.

I never recommend to anyone stay in this hotel, this hotel only wants to make money only, my check in was at 12 pm but i checked at 08:00 am, they charged for early check in 800 rupees, if any guest coming in room hotel staff start call after 10-15 min. Ask guest to go back otherwise will charge 800 rupees for that very rude behaviour of hotel staff and manager, i am continuously traveling for business but first time i face this type of issue i request to make my trip take an action on this water facility also not there inside the room cockroaches are roaming my brother is coming in hotel for that they charged additional 800 to enter the room when i denied to give money hotel manager told check out the room will cover this charge from your room booking @make my trip, pols review and share your response and feedback on this. So that it will helpful l for other guests

Hotel room not hygiene & not clean staff behaviour not to good

No facilities in the room. Not even a towel. And staff was very arrogant in nature. No food available in the hotel. U have to go out or have to order from swiggy.

Property is clean and good for family stay as well. But price seems to b high for the facility they are providing

Bathrooms very bad condition. Water is not at all moving bathroom & no exhaust available. Bathroom smell coming very bad in staying area.

Breakfast menu can have more options. Directions to reach hotel lobby should be clear. It's on 4th floor and one needs ask others for directions. However, hotel rooms are nice and clean. Overall amenities are good. It's value for money.
