Hotel Royal Residency Secunderabad

In the hotel description it is mentioned that there will be ac in the room but it is not available and the fan is also not working properly, very dim light is there, washroom flush is not working properly, it is really difficult to stay one day over there, at least they should mention the things properly.

I am not staying there because terrible hotel experience. Room was appalling, making me feel sick. Definitely not recommended. Poor cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. Would not return or recommend. No refund available despite not staying.

The room was filty, no tv or any tube light. Worst was the bathroom which was outside the room in the veranda with quater of the door broken from below.

As per picture no any facility in room not properly clean, bathroom light having zero bulb, tap not work, cleaning material not available.

They are not giving respect to guest they are talking rudely with guest

Hotel location was shown 3 kms away from actual location. Very bad rest room and very very small rooms for provided money. Hygiene and cleanliness is worst. Receptionist was not behaving good with customer
