Rooms are good and spacious. The best thing that I like about this Hotel Royal Villas is that rooms are well lit with lot of white light and charging points. The rooms are clean and good value for money as budget Hotel Royal Villas. The complimentary breakfast is one area which needs lot of improvement. The options need to be more and the staff need to be more professional.

The Hotel Royal Villas is located at the good place. The famous mall DB city is walking distance. Although washroom was not very clean but rest things were very good. The staff was courteous and breakfast was also tasty. Really value for money. The menu in the breakfast can be given a fillip to make it larger.

The experience of stay was excellent and ever remembering. The food quality was also good. Location is the first thing which attracts to go to the Hotel Royal Villas. Service of staff was also appreciable. And clean environment

- Rooms are spacious, well lit and with good interiors. - Staff is also very cooperative. - Food is delicious and hygienic. - A single king bed would have been better than two single beddings, especially with a kid. - Value for every single penny spent.

Room is too short to nearby Hotel Royal Villas. Food is average the service is given good by the staff. I have stay for 3 days but the room is given as per the value charge is too much short otherwise the location is good of Hotel Royal Villas.

Nice and value for money stay, staff is good, also on request upgraded our room, food is also good location is good but linen and blanket can be improved was little outdated otherwise the stay was comfortable
