Staff was pathetic and lack the manners to talk and even the location was hard to reach and very basic facilities were given by the helping members, lack of hygiene throughout the premises and even they asked and demanded the extra money on checkout.

Not caring attitude of staff in the hootel disappointing for the visitors

The hotel situated near Mcleodganj main market and Dalai Lama temple have all the necessary amenities. However it is a bit difficult for seniors to climb the steep approach road to reach the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a lift, so climbing stairs for reaching various floors in the hotel is another hurdle. Service at the hotel was not up to the mark
