Excellent property, good location, nice hospitality, good food. 100% recommended for stay. We stayed there for a night.

The hotel is very good. The stay was comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and hygienic. Restaurant and buffet food is also good. I recommend this property for family stay.

Rooms were quite good no toiletries were provided room service was the pathetic part since calling many times lastly went to the reception they redirected to restaurant for order confirmation

I reached the hotel midnight, the valet didn’t bother to pick even my luggage, had ordered a tea prior to my arrival, was given the tea and told that if its not hot use the kettle.. tea was nonetheless. Room was way too small for the price paid felt claustrophobic. I checked out one evening before.

I reached hotel around /8. 30 pm on 13. 10. 23. Initially there was some problem in finding booking details. I had to wait around 25 minutes. Then i got room. Services were reasonably ok. In bathroom there was only shampoo available no body gel etc. In this respect it needed improvement. Location is good. Otherwise services were ok.

The hotel was a good one. They agreed to give us an early check in. They even advised is to take a bigger room as we were three adults. The room service menu was good and tasty. Only negative was the hot water didn't work in our room, we asked to rectify it but it didn't get done. The guests on the floor above were loud and it disturbed our sleep. But other than that it was a good option.

Hotel royalsion, ranchi in the heart of the city, is an amazing hotel. I was not expecting such an experience. The hotel staff is friendly. Room service is timely. Food is excellent. The hotel and room is super clean. Overall a fantastic experience.

New hotel but still not geared up to the market standard. The restaurant closes by 10:30. Booked a double room and was offered a two bedroom and no option for a king or queen size bed and the reception refused to help.
