HOTEL RSN INTERNATIONAL

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this property. The overall condition of the place is extremely poor and completely unworthy of the amount charged. To begin with, the air conditioning was non-functional, and despite repeated complaints, no one from the staff made any real effort to resolve the issue. The rooms were stuffy, hot, and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to rest. The bathrooms were in an appalling state — unclean, smelly, and poorly maintained. The fixtures were broken, water leakage was constant, and the towels provided were visibly dirty. It was evident that hygiene and basic maintenance are not priorities here. To make matters worse, I had a serious argument with a waiter in their restaurant after being served stale and poorly prepared food. Instead of handling the matter politely or professionally, the staff member was rude and confrontational, showing a complete lack of customer service etiquette. The staff overall were unhelpful, discourteous, and indifferent. There was absolutely no sense of responsibility or respect toward guests. The entire property gives off an impression of neglect and mismanagement — from dirty corridors to unwashed bedsheets and dust-laden furniture. It’s evident that cleanliness and hospitality are not part of their standards. Staying here was deeply uncomfortable and frustrating. It would genuinely be better to spend a night outdoors than to endure such poor conditions and treatment. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel entirely. There are plenty of better options that actually value hygiene, food quality, and their guests’ comfort.

Make My Trip helps me find the RSN Hotel in Rameshwaram which is in front of the main temple The hotel room service is excellent, and the staff is also helpful. The only thing is that the bathroom has big cockroaches inside The restaurant in the hotel serves cold food, which is very difficult to eat. Everything They serve is at normal temperature, not warm/hot. This is the big problem with the restaurant. I suggest that the restaurant in charge to please serve hot /warm food to customers

Room was very comfortable and huge for two people. They need to work on little hygiene as bedsheets and pillows are not in good condition. The overall experience was good.

Room is not good room lock is not properly and hotel towel is not available and dental kit is doesn’t provide drainage line is not work properly

Parking far away. Broken toilet commode, leaking faucet. Dirty linen, no water bottles provided, unresponsive staff.

I visited during Dassehra holidays. The hotel is located at perfect place between sea and east gate of temple. The location is live round the clock and temple and sea can be accessed anytime, being within vicinity. I stayed in 3 bed room. Hotel room was good and accessibility to temple was excellent. However since the location lies within the temple premises, access to hotel is by walk only, as no vehicle are allowed. The hotel has only 1 floor while the 2nd floor is under construction.

Cons: 1) Wifi password given but intentionally no internet provided for 02 days 2) Food Quality is very average (05 out of 10) 3) No room Service 4) Check in time at 12:00 hrs is very odd time, it should be between 7:00 - 9:00 AM 5) Hotel staff's behaviour is also not appreciable. Pros: 1) 100 meters away from East Gate of Rameshwaram Mandir 2) Cars do not drop at door of hotel (600 meters away car stops and customers have to walk alongwith their luggage) Make My Trip authority should consider these kind of hotels to display on their website.

Only location is infront of the temple.But staffs are not supportive and AC also not working properly. Electricity problem also seen. Bad service

Best part being very close to main Rameshwaram temple literally walkable, New, clean and comfortable rooms we enjoyed our stay

Pros: Excellent location, just 50–60 meters from the East Gate (main entrance). Due to its location, you can easily do Darshan two to three times a day. In-house restaurant available. Rooms are spacious and generally clean. Cons: Ground floor rooms often feel damp; floors are wet, sticky, and sometimes smelly. Guests need to carry their own luggage (200–400 meters) from the taxi stand, as cars are not allowed near the East Gate. You can book rikshaw for the same.

The required services were not provided on their own।I had to ask for essential services।

Room was not maintained tidy, one of the room ac was not working, staff responses were not good. The only benefit is property is in close proximity of temple.

good staff, helped in early check-in and late check out, stay was good, you can visit this hotel clean and better than nearby hotels

Regarding the hotel description, it’s not fully accurate. The room was fine, but the bedsheet was very dirty. When we asked to change it, the staff refused, so I had to escalate the issue to the manager. Only then did they replace the bedsheet and pillow cover. Other issues we faced: Internet was not working No water bottles were provided on either day; we received them only after asking Lift was not working Exhaust fan and telephone were also not working For every small request, I had to go to the reception personally. Just wanted to share this feedback for your reference.

staff behaviour very horrible not happy with the services need improvement,staff uses slangs in their local languages,very aerogrant behaviour,i would suggest make my trip so exclude this kind of partners with you.
