Hotel Rudra Continental

Had a poor experience here. The room has smoke smell. Even on requesting, the staff doesn't cooperate.

You will get mosquitoes in room, no wifi, so TV also will be only a showpiece. Food is below average. Room is not hygienic. Staff are courteous. The only good thing was that they considered my request to keep the restaurant after their closing time.

I had done the booking and shown hotel voucher, paid 6500, they have the room to someone else, said no room available. Asked me to find some other hotel, after i insisted they helped me to move to cheap 3000 hotel, i lost 3500.

Best place to stay in rudrapur. Good enviroment. Polite staff and room are good hygienic. Also the food is delicious and breakfast is very good. A perfect place to stay with good rates.

Room is large, and clean. Sufficient room light. Bed is also good but not so soft. Service is good. Breakfast is limited, no varity.

Reasonable good hotel to stay, enroute to Neem Karori Baba, with car parking and driver’s stay. Upgradation given to good size room.

Went for a business trip. Hotel was good. Rooms clean and well maintained. Following points need improvement: 1. Toilet was smelling, although it was clean. Maybe some drain clogging which needs to be cleared. 2. They could not issue card keys to all guests due to some technical issue. Each time i went back to my room, they had to ask a staff person open the door with a master key. 3. The restaurant did not have buffet lunch/dinner service due to low occupancy. I had to order from their extensive a-la-carte high priced menu. The portions are large & more than required for a single person. I ordered a veg. Biryani and could not finish the entire serving. Almost 50% was wasted. They should have half portions of at least some items in the menu.

It was a plea-sent stay. Rooms were very cleaned and spacious. However there is some scope of improvement in breakfast quality

According to amount they charged hotel was not good even the room was with old facilities like old tv and mattress was hard
