Property location is good, food - vegetables food preparation was good, amenities - there is not such any amenities. But Hotel Rupasi Bangla is well furnished, electric cattle was not working to boil the water for self tea making at room. Land phone was not working to call room service or other. Hotel is taking charge of gst on the each food & drinking mineral water bottles, tea, meals, breakfast. Service - service is very good. Behavior of staffs are good, staff name mathur's behavior is very good. There was at toto driver at purulia station, name tushar is good boy. Food - non veg food was not fresh & not good but veg food was good.

We stayed at this Hotel Rupasi Bangla there nights. Our overall experience was very nice except first night.Due to some mechanical problem water supply in our room disturbed.some kind of harassment occurred .We had to shift at another room at midnight.But behaviour of all the stuffs were very polite. location was good.room condition also very good.But rent should be little less. although we satisfied very much.

Rooms were clean and spacious, Hotel Rupasi Bangla service was excellent, staff behavior was very good. The only issue is with parking. On road side parking is available which is not at all satisfactory. Apart from that, the Hotel Rupasi Bangla and staff behavior was very good.

Hotel room is neat and clean. Geyser is working well. Room service is satisfactory. Staff's behaviour is polite. Value for money. Overall a good stay. How can i get this discount as i have already paid for this room. ?

The room was clean. The food was good as well. The staff behaviour was great. Overall the stay was fantastic. I would definately recommend tge Hotel Rupasi Bangla to other travellers as well.

The staff was very good except a person named chakraborty babu, donot believe what he says. The food and room service at the Hotel Rupasi Bangla is great and price is also very affordable

Food quality and room service are good. we tried so many items, every dish was 10/10. behavior of the staffs was very good.

Complementary breakfast is average. Should have more variety. Bread butter breakfast had hardly any butter. Poor quality. Needs to improve.
