HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL

Let me begin by saying that this HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL is excellent. We booked an executive deluxe for myself and my husband. Later that night some guests appeared who apparently had zero common sense and negative civic sense and were shouting like hooligans at 1:30am. We were dog tired and got sleep anxiety. We politely urged them to refrain from such activities but obviously for the morons that they are they had a defence " Bacchara thakle toh hobei amra ki korbo!" Unable to bear it any longer, we called at their service number and without further ado..... THEY UPGRADED US TO A DELUXE SUITE ON ANOTHER FLOOR !! 😍 and guess what DIDN'T CHARGE A PENNY! 😍 instead they apologised for the inconveniences. I was thoroughly impressed 👍 Rooms washrooms amenities you name it... they'll deliver! Kudos to centralised geyser systems... location communication behaviour...... We had a delightful stay! I am sure anyone would if you choose this place!

Social distancing was being maintained very nicely in the HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL premises but the cleanliness of the bed linen, towel and washroom was not upto the mark. I stayed in the HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL with my wife but HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL staff has given only one towel and that too was not properly cleaned and was stinking a bit. Bed linen was used one. Toilet bowl was not properly cleaned and sanitized. Talking about the dinning, the food quality was worst and a bit expensive. Staff behavior was good. Location is also good and can be reached and be located very easily. Overall stay was ok. I am giving 4 star only because after check out they called me and told me to get my id card which i forgot in the desk while check in.

Upon arrival, i was greeted by friendly staff members who were happy to help us with our luggage and check-in process. They gave us all the information needed about the HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL and its amenities. As we enter our room, we were pleased to find a clean, spacious, and comfortable environment. The bed was freshly made, the room was well-lit, and the temperature was just right. We noticed the complimentary toiletries could have been better. Throughout our stay, the HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were responsive to any requests or concerns we had. The breakfast was good but could have been better.

The HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL was very good but there were some flaws like 1. The washroom was not so clean but somehow it was nice to use. 2. The HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL staff was very polite in nature but whenever you ask them to do something related to your food order, room service or anything else they reply very late and you have to tell them the same thing multiple times. 3. I would have been more satisfied if your HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL provided me a coffee set in my room. 4. I would rate the HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL food 2 out of 5. But apart from all these things i enjoyed my stay

Sg international is a good HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL to stay if you are visiting dhanbad. It's pretty decent - located at the heart of the city. Room rent at approximately inr 1700- for double occupancy with breakfast is also pretty reasonable. The decor, upkeep and cleanliness is quite good. Just a couple of things: room service is slow. Food is over priced. At least water heater geyser and tea coffee maker should have been there. Note: if you are looking for 3-star or 5-star level luxury or amenities then definitely this is not your place.

The HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL is situated near dhanbad bus stand. It is located in front of cimfr, and is easily recognisable due to its high rise and it is across the road from cimfr. Market is nearby so everything is available in walking distance.
Safety measures were followed and rooms were neat and tidy and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. The staff was amazing and they took each and every step to make my stay enjoyable.

The HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL is situated near bus stand dhanbad. It is in front of cimfr after crossing the road. But since it is a high rise HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL so it can be seen from a distance and can be located easily.

The room and staff were really great! the location is close to 200mtrs away from city center which is walkable distance. You can have outside food given HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL food is bit on the expensive side. O la service is there so you can reach from HOTEL S G INTERNATIONAL to station or bus stand, essential when you have luggage. All basic amenities are present

Sanitizing to be improved and service to be improved, location is good food also good but little bit spicy for us

Traveled as a group the room with triple occupancy helped the stay to be comfortable. Parking space for the vehicle was quite adequate
