Hotel-S-Park

We been to the Hotel on Aug 14th 2017, Satisfied 100% with the felicities and the services. The room & washroom were very much neat. Cool & Hot water available in the washroom. Small size Fridge was provided in the room. It's Central AC & Wi-Fi available. Complimentary buffet Breakfast was very Good with different items, Drinking water bottles given for No cost, we used 7 small bottles. The door locks are Censored, atm size card is given for unlocking the door and Switch On the main Power in the room - No regular keys/locks.

This is my first booking on MMT. I booked an executive room for one night. I was able to reach the location with the help of Google maps. The Hotel-S-Park matched our expectations. The room service and all the facilities were good. Valet parking was available. Staff was courteous. The complimentary breakfast was served hot with three south Indian varieties along with boiled egg, fruit juice, sweet corn, milk, tea, and coffee. The ambience of the restaurant was good. All in all, a good stay. Thank you MMT!

We stayed at the property along with family. Nicely located in the heart of the town. Room observed to be clean and tidy with all required amenities. The check in and check out process was simple and quick. The food served at restaurant is good. The staff is very friendly specially the front reception desk (mr. Rajesh and team. They were paying attention to small things and taking care of all requirements during our stay. For sure would like to visit again

The Hotel-S-Park is good and I guess this is only a business Hotel-S-Park with 3 star facilities. Even the food is good and the service is also fast. But the manager has lot of attitude and they told me that they will give the room only at 12 noon and cannot give a early check in. But after lot of requests he finally agreed. The front office staff are not at all courteous. Room service and food quality is quote satisfactory.

This is my second official visit to Khammam and stayed at S-Park for both the times. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a nice Hotel-S-Park in a small town like Khammam. I would highly recommend for people visiting town both for official purpose or with family. The rooms are nicely done, clean bathrooms and to top up with good food in the restaurant. What else we want? Worth every rupee spent. Go for it.

This Hotel-S-Park is very rich in its ambience and hospitality. I feel very comfortable to stay in his Hotel-S-Park. The staff was very good in their responsibilities and the management of this Hotel-S-Park IS very much courteous towards the customers. The food was nice and I love to eat schezwan egg fried rice here because I have never ever eaten such a tastiest food anywhere.

The Hotel-S-Park is located well in the heart of the city. Given the room fare, the rooms are way beyond expectations! The Hotel-S-Park is very clean and tidy. Free WiFi is an added bonus. The restaurant serves excellent food, however the breakfast is not that great as the options are very limited. All in all an excellent experience. Highly recommend the Hotel-S-Park.

Had a bad experience with tea maker in the room which was not working. Got it changed and the new one was not cleaned, wasting my time. Had it been any other professionally managed Hotel-S-Park would have been offered a complimentary tea from the restaurant/room service. Pillow covers not very clean had to get them changed of course they did over a request.

Felt very nice every time visit Hotel-S-Park S Park. It is a good place to. Come with your family also. Food is also good, can do business meets also here. A very nice ambience and excellent service. Best in maintenance.

All went well during stay. Food was not so great which was served in room good gesture they did not bilk breakfast though

It's very nice. Hotel is good, inner as well as out side also, restaurant food is also good, some little bit expensive. The morning buffet is also very nice. The staff is also very cooperative. The interior is also good.

Located at convenient location, Great food available especially too good Biryani can be enjoyed Rooms are quite spacious with all desired amenities. Very prompt service available within the room. Actually Great value for money.

Very near to bus station and railway station, ideal Hotel-S-Park if you get room on top floor.
Room service is just fine for food.

Great ambience, good hospitality, good service and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast fast nice. Overall great experience. I would recommend to my friends and relatives. Also the pricing was not that costly.

It's a official stay. I like this Hotel-S-Park. My stay was limited to overnight only. I love the south Indian breakfast served to us. Hotel location is quite nearby to my office. So I prefer this Hotel-S-Park. And

Hotel S park is well suited for business travelers. The rooms are good and comfortable. The bathroom was also quite good. Food quality was decent, and the service was quite good. I stayed comfortably for two days, and would surely stay again at S Park next time.
