To start according to the hotel staff their hotel finally when they accepted that we can stay, they charged an extra amount besides the one we already paid . This is highly unacceptable and unsatisfactory services

Hotel is not much far from the temple (around 1km. The outside appearance is ok but the rooms are too small. I was charged 1500- for a tiny non ac room which if i had booked in person directly at the hotel would have been available for around 800. I came to know to ac room charge is 1200- only but mm t overchaged 1500- for non ac room. Hygiene - 2/5 amenities - 1/5 hospitality - 3/5 room service - 0/5. Overall hotel rating 1/5.
