Hotel Saar Inn

My 2-day stay was disappointing. There was no hot water, expired milk powder was provided twice, internet didn’t work, TV screen was damaged, AC remote was not working, and housekeeping was poor — the bed scarf was dirty and smelly. Please improve your services.

The hotel saar inn didn't loose any extra avenue to charge you extra money be it for early checkin or room upgradation despite you have booked room earlier. Matter of fact i booked deluxe room in this hotel , but when i reached there they charged Rs.2000 extra for room upgradation and early checkin, A room worth of Rs 2400 cost me Rs.4400 which is not worth staying at all.

Experience was good but room was small staff behaviour was so good 10/10 for staff behaviour. Non veg and veg kitchen are same.

Had a great stay – clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, and a perfect location. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. Highly recommended!

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Location is also good, 4-5 mins walking distance from Karol Bagh Metro Station and also from Karol Bagh Market.

Decent hotel, Staff is courteous but extremely by the book or disciplined with respect to rules. Cleanliness is good but you may come across old and wornout towels

Stay was comfortable and the staff was really cordial. Also it is easy to visit all the famous places nearby.

Hotel service was good and Mr. Prathap at the Receiption was very humble a s supportive. Overall stay was very good.

The hotel rooms are not spacious, and the staff is very rude. The quality of the food is not very good, and there aren’t many options available for breakfast in the morning. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price.

Room was full of mosquitos , ac was not working properly, Shower was not working. When we asked receptionist to change our room as basic facilities were missing...he told us lie that all rooms are full. But we saw all rooms on first floor were empty. Don't book this hotel ... pictures on mmt are just illusion.

Location was good close to metro station, food was good, everything was good, staff was really nice and helpful but only thing that was a bit off was the breakfast serving person was judging guests for eating 😂
