Location good in market area where can easily get foods and fruits easily available!Room was near and clean! Hotel staff behaviour very humble and polite!Ac and Geyser in good working condition! 24 hours hot water! Overall good hotel budget friendly! Highly recommended!!

Breakfast was good and stay was quite clean. Staff was polite and understanding. Overall a good stay at affordable price.

The location is near the bmtc bus stand which is very convenient for tourists coming from other cities. Rooms and wash rooms are also clean and maintained.

Neat and clean and comfortable. Staffs are very cooperative. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no problem.

at hotel AC room deluxe 1500 including taxes, whereas in makemy trip it's 1400+ NOn AC small room. very room is very bad

Not recommended, pls avoid booking this hotel, Booked Make my trip inclusive Breakfast, but they said it's not an inclusion, early check in allowing for room modification, noisy, cleanliness, not recommended for family...

Room was not well-ventilated. Otherwise standard facilities were there and the room as well as the washroom was clean. There was a bit of safety concern as a stranger was trying to open the door (we did not open). The ground floor rooms don't feel secure as anyone from the street can enter the premises unchecked, except for one single CCTV camera. However, staff behaviour was pleasant and we did not have any major inconvenience.

Non ac rooms are small, musquitos around the room. It is in ground floor where less hygiene.

The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the peaceful atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Housekeeping was consistent, and I appreciated the prompt service whenever I had a request.

Great stay. The room and bathroom are clean. The staff is great. Although, you can only order tea or coffee as room service, but there are good restaurants nearby. You can also get all day-to-day stuff very close to the hotel.

It was a very good experience. The owner of the property was very polite and helpful. We haven't had breakfast there so I can't comment on that. But the stay was very nice.
