Hotel Saffron

रूम सुंदर है कंफर्टेबल है। किंतु सर्विसेज पर थोड़ा ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। जैसे स्टील का जार रखा हुआ था रात को 3:30 बजे जब मुझे प्यास लगी मैंने जार उठाया तो पता चला उस पानी नहीं है, रूम सर्विस में किसी ने फोन भी नहीं उठाया तो मुझे सुबह तक प्यासा रहना पड़ा। वाहन पार्किंग पर्याप्त नहीं है। साधारण एमेनिटीज जैसे टी कॉफी के सेशे, पानी वगैरह पहले से रखे होने चाहिए। वाई-फाई भी काम नहीं कर रहा था टीवी पर भी चैनल बहुत काम चल रहे थे। सेट मैक्स जैसा चैनल भी नहीं आ रहा था। सुबह का नाश्ता भी रूम में ही दिया जाता है। इन चीजों पर अगर ध्यान देंगे तो बेहतरीन होटल बनेगा।

The Hotel Saffron is situated in a bustling market place, accessible to all locations in bilaspur. They do not have a restaurant but an in-house kitchen from where you can order the food. The food tastes good. Rooms are clean, linen is clean but the rooms are a bit noisy with next door. The services are good and in time

The Hotel Saffron is good and clean. Rooms are decent sized, not very spacious and not very small. What is missing is ventilation in rooms. Service is a little slow, and food costs are on the higher side.

location is very good. Hotel Saffron is also good. I said only a night, face no problem. bed of queen size. we stayed three person. and we two extra bed mattress.

Good checkin experience the staff was polite and humble one star deducted because of late in food delivery they mixed up my order with someone else
