Check in process is very slow. All the time guest have to wait at the lobby for checking procedures for more the 45 mins to 1 hour outside services are completely off like purchasing of medicine or any other things. Staffs are very good. They are very polite. Very clear and well maintained room with all morden amminities. House keeping is excellent. Foods are tasty and delicious not too much spicy. Over all staying experience is good . look forward to stay in future But they have stream line there check in process
