Hotel Saffron Crest

It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Check-in was seamless, and every interaction with the team was warm and professional. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast spread. The restaurant staff was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The Hotel Saffron Crest’s location was another plus—easily accessible and close to major attractions, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

the location is very good, in Sevok road. there r malls and all big shops beside. they serve veg food only. but quality is good. compare to the catagory, rates r high but not too high. the best part we felt is their services and the staff behaviors. all room service and restaurant boys are good. Now area of improvement: Reception people can be a bit proactive. and they speak Hindi (not Bengali or even english) as first language, so you will feel you are not in Bengal.

The location is situated right next to vega mall. Very convenient to travel around siliguri. There is ample parking space and the rooms are neat and tidy. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. We always stay at this Hotel Saffron Crest when visiting siliguri. Food is vegetarian. Management is outstanding! definite recommend this Hotel Saffron Crest.

Big rooms, wonderful ambience, great staff. U can expect all kinds of luxury in this beautiful property. The only problem is, its a totally veg Hotel Saffron Crest but they do allow non-veg foods from outside. So, absolutely no complaints.

Good location, helpful staff and shopping nearby. My favorite stop in siliguri would recommend to everyone. Only caveat is make sure no marriage ceremony going on which might cause some inconvenience

Stay at Saffron crest was comfortable. It is located at a very convenient location.The rooms are clean the bathrooms spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is an icing on the cake.

Everything was good. Only thing to improve was there were no items drinks, snacks in the minibar.

The suite room is excellent. Food is delicious. Beautiful mountain view. Swimming pool is clean & well maintained.

Location was good. Food was a bit costly and amenities and services were good. The airport was 20 km away from airport but connectivity is good to airport.
