The rooms are in very bad condition and not as per MMT, limited food in breakfast and very bad experience

Food was nice. Location is good. Facilities - overall good but its under renovation. Guests should be informed about this.

1. The property is not a hotel rather it is a banquet. 2. parking space not available for guest as the parking was completely occupied because of guest in the banquet. 3. breakfast that is supposed to be in a restaurant was happening in the room because there is no restaurant.

Everything was good. Staff was cooperative and very welcoming. Food quality was very good and location was very accessible.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly, as you can see in the images I took. The washroom was dirty, and even the table in the room had not been wiped. There were also multiple holes near the main bed, which made me feel unsafe. When I requested a room change, the staff refused, saying no other rooms were available. I had to spend the whole night worried that snakes or insects might enter through these gaps. This is unacceptable for any hotel and I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel facilities were very poor, room allotted was very bad with no points to charge mobile, complete dark place with no night lamp. Shower are doesn’t have a soap dispenser or soap stand. The staff urinal was near the room and it was stinking. I have report it yo the manager. Overall experience very bad.

The stay has been amazing. Rooms were super comfortable and elegant. This stay was all about comfort and the services they provide is full of comfort

1 location : good / rooms have no table for buisness travellers to work / window ac is so high and does not have remote - so the staff has to bring a stair case to climb and change temp / paranthas for. Breakfast was good

Hotel Room's are big in size and the location of Hotel is easy to reach. Overall experience was good. They charge for water bottles in room, Which is very expensive @₹50. So be careful

The property was very bad. There is no service. Food was tasteless and stale. Even they don't provide you iron. There is no refrigerator in the room. In the bathroom they provide you a bucket and mug for the bath.

Never recommend booking this hotel since the personnel is really unpleasant and unprofessional. They are always prepared to battle with the consumer. During my stay with friends (about 4 rooms, they were rude and the breakfast was subpar. Poor quality meals, inattentive personnel. The accommodation facilities were inadequate, and there was no running water in the bathroom. Very negative experience at saffron kurukshetra.

The stay was not that comfortable, as i was at a business meeting and i faced regular electricity cuts and, a poor wifi network. I had the bus in the morning therefore i requested them to pack breakfast or just 2 parathas, but they declined and i had to travel empty stomach

Nice room and very supportive staff clubbed with yummy foods at restaurant. Location is also at prime location.

Staff is unprofessional and uneducated. They are not professional at all. I would give 2/10 to them.
