Hotel Sagar Plaza

It was pleasant stay. They assisted very well. Service was good. Accommodation was good

we are not happy because service and clean in room was missing. Further there is no self to keep clothes and luggages where we stayed room floor have common laboratory, resulted bed smell around.

They provided dirty blankets, room and toilet were un hygienic . . Totally it was a nightmare to stay there. Only the location is good as it is hardly 4 km away from airport. You can get good hotel in this budget. Avoid this hotel to stay. You can prefer if you need hotel nearby airport.

Awesome place. Nice room. Location was fantastic. From the hotel you can see the high court. Also the places were close to it. Like malls, caves, etc. also the hotel was close to station. The place was very silent. Also the staff was very frank.

Hospitality and assistance by the team was good. Very informative and enjoyed a homely environment. Boarding facility can be added which will attract more guests. Generally good. Room service can be improved with adequate staff. Should arrange for lift, which is very critical as there are three stories.

Staff were not cooperative. Service is worst. They did not provide towel, shop and also not provided drinking water. They did not asked the problem of the hotel. Hotel is not near to temple.

Very good hotel. Location is very good though it do not have its own restaurant few good restaurant are very close, tea is served in room. Rooms are large enough and ventilated. Room service is very good, staff is well-behaved. Stay is comfortable. Stay is value for money.

This is probably most horrible hotel I have stayed so far. The room was stinking at the time we entered. Though the room boys used room freshener, still it was stinking. The quality of cot, bathroom and other facilities were horrible. Though as per MakeMyTrip voucher it was a deluxe room, they said the price is collected only for ordinary room and hence they can give only ordinary room.

Value for money to stay, near by veg restaurants to eat. Better to have own transport or use share auto to reach Bus Stop and Railway Station. Only minus point is payable hotel by cash. No card facility. Better to make payment through MakeMyTrip to avoid issues.

Room AC is not good. Blanket and bathroom is average. The cost of the room is high comparing the facilities. Information of the bed is not clear by Makemytrip to the Sagar Plaza Hotel. Please improve the facilities and maintenance of the room at the earliest. The way of talking of the hotel manager is good.
