Hotel Sahil

The room was smelling smoky as someone used cigarettes, everything was dirty as like 30 yrs old table n chair n sofa was so unhygienic that one would not even dare to sit. Bath towels were clean but smelly like washed with dirty laundry. Hotel didn’t had hot water had to inform the front desk to give one bucket per person of hot water. Defiantly not worth the money.

1. Air conditioner not working properly. 2. Not breackfast included in stay positive they provide room before check in time.

Cleaning services were average in rooms, Early check in not provided amid rooms were not occupied

Good gentry & ambience. Overall experience was good, but mm t charged much higher price than market rate.

Sahil hotel is well located. around 2.5 kms from Katra railway station, 500m from Katra bus stand and Yatra Parchi counter. close to main market. Staff are very polite but service is little slow due to less staff especially in the restaurant.

Conveniently located 1 km from railway station. Good food. Provide pick and drop from hotel to baangaga. Staff was prompt and helpful

The Hotel is slightly away approx. 500 meters from the main square. on the Jammu road. The hotel does not have a restaurant but food is available on order in room which is decent. The room quality is good but AC location and functioning is problematic. The toilets are clean and the running hot and cold water is available. Toiletries provided are sub standard. Overall the room is good but priced slightly higher for the services provided. (They charged 3500 for 2 nights)

I like the location of hotel its very near to katra main market.

Our experience was OK for short stay. Basic facilities available. Room just OK. Location near to all visiting points of Katra.

The hotel is well located, The rooms and the bathrooms need to be upgraded or maintained better. The room furniture is vintage and require improvement. They have parking facility which is a plus point. Over the staff is nice and helpful. Did not have food there so no comments on that front.
