A good hotel which should focus in more customer care

Had a 1 night stay with my family 1 day back. Hotel location excellent. Food of average quality. Small. Room. Facilities are very good. Faced difficulty in completing our early morning requirements due to sudden stoppage of water supply. But got rectified without delay upon informing them. Regret to notice their way of delivering food in room service. The packing they brought was like swiggy, zomato etc, better go to their restaurant below for comfortably having food. Found no lift facility. Had to carry our luggage to 1st floor by ourselves since no staff present there were showing interest to help us while checking in.

I like the Hotel Sai Balaa and its location. Although the room is a bit small, it's okay to stay in. My room was located on the first floor. The Hotel Sai Balaa has a pure vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, which was good. However, i was disappointed as the bathroom was not very clean. The restaurant serves delicious spicy food, and it made me feel like eating non-veg. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel Sai Balaa is conveniently located near a highway with easy access.

Room is excellent but no lift though they have first floor only . Difficult for senior citizens. Staff are okay and need to impede their patience . Room service is worst as they are least bothered about in-house guest.
