A satisfactory stay & good service

It's short and sweet, I stayed about 10 hours (overnight) in the Hotel Sai inn and had a satisfactory stay. The room is decent with basic facilities (only the intercom was out of order and no room service). The general service was very good and prompt response with smile. Only irritating thing was the power cut very frequently. Everything was working with generator except the AC, though the room has a wall mounted fan. Nice experience and will recommend to people in business trips.

Good for budget stay

Location is good. Its in a mall, but you have to pay extra for parking in the mall. Not good if you come or go somewhere at night cozy the whole mall will be closed. Plus they switch off the lift at night so you need to climb 4 floors to get to the Hotel. No view from rooms. Geyser switch not in room. Staff is good, very cooperative and responsive. Overall good if you are on tight budget.

Good hotel and staff

Overall Hotel Sai inn staff are courteous and good. Hotel is located in middle of city. Anybody can go & stay in this Hotel Sai inn. Make my trip offers this Hotel Sai inn in very attractive rates. Anybody should book this Hotel Sai inn by make my trip app only. Room are well air conditioned & neat clean. Electricity backup is there in the Hotel Sai inn.

Need some maintenance in room

Everything was good but management need some focus on room maintenance. Like- fan was full of noise, geyser was leaking water in bathroom, room AC was not worked on generator power. In room socket was not worked properly so you can't do charge your mobile in any light board only one charging point was work whether there 3 charging point was available.

Good Stay

This Hotel Sai inn located in very good prosperous area. Overall staff behaviour is good. Hotel cleaning is very good. One thing needs to improve is that Hotel Sai inn should provide at least one packet water bottle with tooth brush and small soap which is missing. Hope you will convey the message to Hotel Sai inn. No else thanks

Good and quite economical hotel

As per the area and locality, Hotel Sai inn is quite okay and staff was also fine. Need to work on hygiene a little bit, air fresheners or aroma diffusers could be installed in the corridors. Overall experience was good as it did not made me spend a lot for a stay of 8 days, quite economical.

Room service was excellent

Excellent room service. Rooms were under renovation completion. Room service was excellent but room most were not working due to renovation. Should look look I to it before allocation. Food we're good and found to be nominal. It is located in mall so good even for window shopping.

What i liked here

The saraf here is very cooperative, even sometimes if i am late in night they arranged for any food items. The hygiene and safety standard are very good here and strictly followed by the management. I will prefer this Hotel Sai inn whenever i get another chance to visit dhanbad
