Hotel Sai Mahal

The Hotel itself is located in a very narrow lane, so car parking is not an option. Talking about the room, the room does not look any similar to the one displayed in the pictures. The Television was not working, the bathroom condition was pathetic also the drainage was not proper in the washroom. The staff was rude on complaining and only realized their mistake after complaining to makemytrip, even though they offered for another room but that room was also in the same condition. On asking about the Television, they replied that we cannot do anything as there is line problem, although the Television at the reception was in great condition.

It was nice room, Location is also OK, Service is good And regarding facilities, as I have prepared no. It doesn't work In Jammu. So I asked for WiFi but it was not there. I had to confront for AC room also thereafter I got it.

Good food and good service, overall good.

Amazing room at this pricee, recommend you to prefer this it is near counter 2 of yatra parchi and nice convient, amazing rooms at this price but food is not good don't offer food from Hotel Sai Mahal good resturamts near by

Good room in that price it's really value plus. Hotel staff is very co-operative. Good amenities like cleaning, service, free wi-fi and many more. You can see adhakuwari bhawan as well as way to bhawan from room.

Stay was pleasant, Hotel Sai Mahal staff was very nice and Hotel Sai Mahal was only few minutes away from Katra Railway Station.

Room was nice. Location was also fine but there was little confusion due to non clarity of location to new ones. Faculty vise was also good having a. C ., geezer, water.
