5 mins from the temple, neat and clean rooms, new rooms, 3 car parking available, only thing is no exact Google location update, hot water available, low budget rooms, worth for money

the staff was quite rude they did not change the bedsheets even though we asked them to change them multiple times, the room was not cleaned multiple hairs were on the bedsheet did not even provided drinking water and the washroom was also dirty and full of hairs.

very good location..and room are super good as compared to price...just water supply should be better

it was not clean and the lift was not proper and even I got stuck in that lift other than that all the facilities are average only

We booked 2 rooms for our stay at this hotel seeing it is close to the Sai Baba temple. To be honest we were not expecting much at the price that we paid. However what someone will least expect is hygiene and cleanliness. the bedsheet and pillow covers had stains all over it and torn from most of the places. Also no handwash soap or towel were provided in any of the rooms and washroom. Plus they were demanding extra money for the extra mattress that we had asked them to provide for the 7th person as there was only 1 single bed and 1 double bed in one room which is sufficient only for 3 people to sleep on and we had done the booking for 7 adults and 1 kid.

Staff was not very friendly. Washroom facilities were not good as many things were not in order. Also, it need an exhaust fan.

Room was smells bed. No one is helping from hotel staff. No staff at all. I will suggest not to book this hotel.

Hotel does not accept any booking from make my trip and told me your booking is not confirmed make my trip will returned your money

I stayed in a bhagyalakshmi hotel during my visit to Shirdi. The hotel was comfortable, service was good, near the temple. Being a 3 star, toothbrush and paste could have been provided. Rest is fine. Omsairam 🙏🙏

We checked in at 3. 00pm it was our fault but the service over there is really pathetic. The staff is so rude. No one is at the reception every-time u go there is no one u have to call them each time and then talk to them. We upraded the room in ac room they charged us 600 rs only for ni8 then to we used ac only for 8 hours in which the electricity was cut so automatically ac was not working for literally 4 hours. The 600 rs was in total wain. Ac is also not working properly they won't entertain you such a pathetic service. We upgraded room because my mother fainted in temple i told him the scenario then too they don't have any humanity left. Horrible people. Ac not working, bathroom was not clean, taps were leaking, latches were broken
