Hotel Sai Palace

We had travelled as a group of 8 people(3 men and 5 ladies), the Hotel Sai Palace is located very close to the Taj Mahal, it is small but very sweet and comfortable Hotel Sai Palace, with caring staff, who are genuinely concerned about you and your stay. Infrastructure- 7/10 but it's the best in that local. Room - 8/10(10/10 for the price), location(Taj) - 10/10. Staff-10/10, the best part is the attitude of the Hotel Sai Palace staff. Food- 9/10( the terrace restaurant has a view of the Taj), value for money - 10/10. We really had a pleasant stay. Thank you Sai Palace Hotel.

It was a wonderful experience. I read so many negative comments but don't know why people did so. I found sethi ji( the owner) very helpful and the manager rahul also. Room was very clean and good. Toilet was so hygiene that i couldn't imagine before. Food they served was very tasty and good. Location is excellent. Only 2 to 3 min distance to the east gate of taj mahal. Resturant on the top of the Hotel Sai Palace is awesome with the view of taj mahal. So it was excellent for me and my family.

The property was near to Taj at walking distance. This Hotel Sai Palace suits best for those who come with family and wishes to see Taj not only from the rooftop but also from visiting the place. The room was ready earlier. The owner was very kind and was in touch with me throughout the day. He called me told me everything regarding the visit. The best thing is Gyser was available there. The thing that needs to be upgraded is their food quality I will give 4.5/5

Sethi sahab and all other staff's behaviour is too much helpful. Any suggestions they give best as they can. All the areas of Hotel Sai Palace were neat and clean. Specially the food provides in this Hotel Sai Palace is amazing. Their quality and quantity of food is so far good from anywhere in the agra. It's my 4 day agra stay experience. You guys don't need to go or search for good food as per my suggestion. Otherwise you can experience it as your own.

The stay was great. Rooms plus washrooms were clean. We were given privacy at all times. The manager was very helpful. On every call he used to come running and help us. We also tasted their food from the restaurant it tasted decent and prices were nominal. Overall i recommend you if you visit that place to stay at this Hotel Sai Palace, it's just 5 minutes walk from the east gate of taj mahal and the market surrounding it.

My agra visit was great thanks to sai palace. The Hotel Sai Palace is just in front of taj mahal and i enjoyed the view of taj mahal everyday from my room through the window. The Hotel Sai Palace staff was brilliant, owner was very friendly and helped me by providing a lot of local information. Maintaining proper hygiene is their utmost priority. I stayed there with my wife and all i can say i was satisfied.

The Hotel Sai Palace is walkable distance from tajmahal, rooms were good and clean, food was good. Thank you sunilji, kunalji for helping us (me, my wife & son) find a local tuktuk for sightseeing. Thank you raviji and goluji for giving us homely food. Good and safe stay for family.

It's an awesome place. Everyone in the Hotel Sai Palace are so friendly and helpful. It has a taj view roof top restaurant. Very calm and clean. Good surrounding. 5- 10 minutes of walking distance to taj east gate. So if you plan to visit taj then choose sai palace for your stay.

The Hotel Sai Palace is very near to south gate, 2 min walking distance, food is good whatever you order it is served fresh. Behavior of Hotel Sai Palace staff is very good.

Nice staff and good food Taj view on rooftop and also friendly

If you are travel-ling with friends and your group has only boys, then it is very good place to stay and is also very near to tajmahal and provides an awesome taj view from rooftop. Deluxe rooms are good rooms.

The main reason for going for this Hotel Sai Palace was proximity to taj. And it was a great stay. Plus points. Close to taj. Rooftop view of taj warm staff made to order food economical food rates cooperative staff, helped us in all respects.

Nothing fancy about the Hotel Sai Palace but yet the stay was pleasant because of it's simplicity. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, it's 50 mtrs away from Taj Mahal entrance 😉

Best Hotel Sai Palace but bathroom fittings without renovation was very displeasing. A great restaurant on terrace with view of taj.
